The worker who helped us was beyond great! Loved his customer services. I got what I was looking for and he gave good tips on everything we bought!

Always friendly workers, had good advice for my cats diet. Love getting to visit the kitties in their cat house on the Kings room.

Not enough customer service. Long lines at check out and only 1 checker most times. And the one check that is usually there must feel like she has to have a full on, long conversation with every person so that causes even more delays. On top of that she makes a mistake with every customer so further delays.

Ashley the groomer at Petco Blackstone and Ashlan store is great Because my Chihuahua is very nervous, but Ashley gets her to calm down in order trim her nails. The service is quick and reasonable.

Love to go to shopping at Petco with our dogs. No free doggie biscuit treats anymore though! Petco has all we need for our pets at moderate prices.

They do not have any dog grooming shears below 120. If i could afford those i could jave taken both elderly dogs to groomers

They have almost everything you need. Overpriced if you dont get it on sale. Look online and they will match their online pricing.

Petco has three rooms for the beautiful cats it has whatever supplies you need for any exotic pet great place

A little disappointed that the girl that helped my 6 year old grandson & I get his first pair of parakeets, cage, food & toys was very unpleasant & the second girl was very mindfully immature. Too bad. Thank you to David! You were such a great help & very nice & courteous to us both!

It's both people and pet friendly! I love the checker at the Blackstone and Ashlan store with the multi-colored hair. She is so full of life and is so good at serving her customers. What a great asset she is to Petco! One of the many reasons I am faithful to the company, besides the great checker, is the large variety of products they carry. I can always find what I want, and if by chance I can't, management will find a way to help me by ordering if possible. It's a super company!

Didn't greet you at the door and didn't get any assistance from anyone until I asked the cashier since no one was available. They are the only store closest to me that carries the dog food I buy so i rate it a 3.

Friendly and helpful. We got a little ten gallon fish tank on sale for a gold fish our seven year old boy won at the fair and we are enjoying seeing her enjoying having a lot of space to swim around.

Your staff is so friendly and obviously love their job! One gentleman gave us so much information on care for our new family member - a leopard gecko! I had not shopped at this store before, but found it online and had an aquarium shipped there. Great service!
