They're often out of products and it's hard to get assistance in the store and they often give out bad/false care advise for new pet owners. They're unfortunately one of the only options in town for some things though, so I'm stuck.

Great inventory, but one of their staff members is worthless. Pricing is fair, but could be better in my opinion.

The store itself I've had no problems with. But my experience with purchasing a kitten is where my heart breaks and the rating comes in. I purchased a kitten from here and she was just about 11 months old when we got her. After 2 weeks, we noticed she didn't eat a whole lot but enough for how depressed she seemed coming from the store. Then after about 5 weeks she became severely ill and wouldn't eat. Her eyes became severely dilated and she'd barely move. We'd have to feed her food that was mashed and runny like a liquid with a small syringe for 1-2 weeks until (the person we received her from) said they'd take her to a clinic. We said goodbye and our sweet kitten passed after just a few day maybe almost a week. We later found out that she had a sickness we were never told about when we purchased her. Please make sure you know everything before getting a pet, I wouldn't want anyone to experience this. At least I know she was in good care for the while that we had her and took care of her.
