Always super organized place and easy to locate your stuff, nevertheless if you need help staff are very much welcoming

Closed before 8pm (time listed). They did not let us in to buy cat food. The manager pushed my husband out of door and locked inside.

Nice looking store! Great Selection. There was no one there though. I went to check out and there were no employees at the registers. I waited a bit and then just left empty handed.

The Grooming was nice and so was the young Lady.
The service at the store was not all that though. They were so rush rush into trying to help me about their products and not very nice.
They hardly had any customers neither to be so much into rushing me.

I love this place.

However, they need to make sure they are always stocked up on kitten litter.

The manager Felix closed the store at 7: 53 when the official closing time was 8: 00. Literally pushed my wife and I out and we weren't going to shop, were just buying cat food quickly. In and out. Rude, will NEVER return. Reported to corporate like a Karen

Went to pick up my online order. It went seamlessly and was so convenient to have everything waiting for my arrival!

My dog absolutely loves going here. The staff is very helpful in helping new dog owners like myself choose the right product. They have plenty of parking available at any given point of the day. One of their staff members (from what I have seen) thoroughly enjoys interacting with all the animals that come to the store.

When I was there, there was a lady holding up the line giving the guys behind the counter a hard time, but they were very professional and as hard as they tried to accommodate her, she wouldn't budge. Kudos to them!

I came twice in a week to pick up a large bag of All-Purpose Wild Bird Food at my local Petco (Doheny & Santa Monica Blvd.). They did not have it. The second visit was a day after they told me a new delivery would come. I called around the West Side of L. A.until l found a PetCo that had the item. They held it for me. The young man I spoke with on the phone carried the bag to my car - nice guy.

I went to this pet shop a few weeks ago to get stuff for my cute puppy. I was ecstatic to learn that this could be accomplished at such a low rate. Megan was tremendous. My dog is extremely skittish and she did a fantastic job getting his nails trimmed.
