Petco, Hemet CA

A little help would have been nice, hence the three stars. Quite pricey these days, but I guess they're just keeping up with everyone else. Store was clean and pretty well stocked so that's a huge plus. The staff were nice when we checked out. I guess they're just not available while your shopping

The groomers and all the other associates do a great job of taking care of my pups, which I greatly appreciate. Furthermore, the entrance to grooming area is at the front of the store, which is much better than when it's in the back like some other places. Finally, if you sign up for Pals Rewards, you'll find the service pays for itself as the monthly discounts received almost equal the monthly charges. My only knock would be that booking through the app can be complicated when having multiple pups, as it won't always let you book them on the same day - but you can either call or book in person to get around this problem.

We take our dog here to have his nails trimmed. It's a hard job because he struggles and tries to get out of there. However, they always manage to get the job done well and quickly without injuring him or scaring him too much. It takes a special kind of person to do that well.

The worse customer service. Older lady couldn't even look at me when I asked for help. Normally I go to petsmart and I get reminded why when I have to go to petco.

Groomers at this place are very skilled and thoughtful when it comes to our furry family members. They were prompt and informative, but most of all they were nice people. Thank you to them!

Do yourself and your pets a favor and shop at Petsmart. This Petco is dirty. Either carries spoiled food, defrosted/refrozen dog food, or no products. I have a sick dog now from eating defrosted and then restocked frozen food. If you have to shop Petco, go to Murrieta. This is the worst store.

I was looking for a new harness for my pup. At first there wasn't a single person on the floor to assist me. I happen to catch a cashier who was just starting (sorry I don't remember her name) who took the time to help me find and fit my pup.

The store is ok prices are a little steep for the area but the employees are ok to talk to some are friendly.except around closing lol no excuses get in get out quickly

The workers are fantastic I love to be greeted when I walk in the store it's always pleasant to deal with and they take great care of my dog

To Expensive and dead bodies in the parking lot YUP there was a dead body last year of a woman in her car in the Parking lot. Staff is nice but too expensive

Love the cleanesness of the store. Very nice employees. Love them dearly.

My first time using Petco, vet services, and the experience was great!
I think I was more anxious than my little fur fam.

Update: frequent pet grooming services now!
Our groomer Fran is the best, and the other groomers are always polite.
However my issue is constantly with the cashier, and using vital care.
It's always a problem, as if the cashier is upset with me, the customer for using a service that I pay for, wish it was another way to check out.

They were very sweet and kind they were very gentle to me and my dog they even made a donation for a dog harness for my dog

Before I write this review, let me be clear, this goes out petco.com customer service, not the store: I submitted an order for my pets flea RX, even mailed them a copy of the RX. Supposedly they try to contact my pets vet to get authorization to fill the RX, I waited over 2 weeks and no luck on getting my order. I confirmed with the vet and never once did they receive a call from petco.com.worst service ever. If must by RX online, do not go to petco.com

Usually lovely but not green friendly. Cant park a bike outside, like most of the city. Not everyone with pets is gonna waste gas for a place 5 minutes away. Please try to be inclusive and give options

Our salesgirl, Rebekah, was very knowledgeable, eager to help and polite.
Not so easy to find in retail stores, these days.

Half of the store lighting was turned off I wasn't sure if they were even open. But at least the employees were friendly and helpful.
