Petco, Orange CA

This location had the things I needed. The price tags on the shelves are not always accurate. The dog food I bought had a tag that said $59.99 but the actual price was $72.99. So check prices online.

Took my son to look at the turtle's. We love going here to look at the animals and get our hampster s food and things

This one has a saltwater and freshwater setup for their aquariums. I have never seen this anywhere else. This might be one of the cleanest Petco stores that I have been to.

Support your staff better, Petco! One checker, line of customers down the aisles, several calls for support and NOTHING and NO ONE to support her.

Big place, lots of stuff for your pets and they sell pets too. They also have kittens on adoption

Always have a great experience I shop here at least once a week for either my dogs or cats stuff or for something for one of my 5 fish tank needs!

Nice store. A little low on supplies but that is probably not their fault. Only one checker but he kept things moving.

0 stars horrible crew. All associate have no customers service. Dont go here this location is the worst. Had to wait 40min for an order of cricket while all associates just stared and made no effort to assist a customer that comes first. Stay away from this location!

We waited 30min to get crickets. The shelves almost never have what we buy, need to get it off the pallets or carts in the back.

The workers seem to only cater to a select few, they take 20 mins with one guest ignore others, and bring the next guest and take a minute like what?

Bad customer service. You have two people working there and would not accept a nail cut. There was no other animals there with two workers standing in front of me.

I had to make an appointment reluctantly. Made the appointment and get there and they won't my dogs nails due to being 5 minutes late. Again, two people standing there, not with dogs, not working and wanting to re-schedule and make another appointment.

A nail cutting takes 10 mins max, especially if there are no other pets being worked on. I have in the past for over 10 years never had this kind of interaction for a nail cutting. It is Petco who looses money when the people working there don't take the $$$ that is in front of them. These workers are putting off clients willing to pay money, while they stand there, get paid and aren't doing anything. This time there were 3 people working and only one with a dog. Two people standing there refusing to take the nail cut and make the company money that is paying them.

Strange, I will pay another company that works within reason.

I love coming into Petco for most of my pet's needs. I appreciate the staff for their help whenever i ask them questions or recommendations. And Mallorie is THE BEST dog groomer I could ever ask for. She is amazing

I had a really great experience getting my two dogs groomed at this location. They were very professional, thoughtful and followed directions. To too it off, my pups were not stressed out when I came to pick them up. I'll definitely come back!

Great store lots of different supply options. And don’t forget the 1 cent a gallon fish tank sale and fish food selection.

This store makes me so sad. /; The animals are in poor care. The cages are WAY too small and the Syrian hamsters aren’t supposed to be toghther or they will fight til death. EVERYONE please educate yourself on hamsters and Guinea pigs and whatever animal. They are animals who require a lot of care and space.facts about hamsters! They require at least a 40 gallon tank or you can do a diy bin cage. USE PAPER BEDDING. Look up YouTube videos you guys. Petco is horrible and gets there animals fork chain places

Store was very clean and organized. Great customer service and the young man that was working in the aquatic section was very helpful and knowledgeable.
