Product review: Sophresh refillable cat litter is horrible. Don't waste your time. It clumps, but tracks horribly throughout the house. Every morning i wake up and my couch is filled with cat litter, it disgusting. Spend the extra few bucks to get brand name litter, it clumps better and WAY less tracking.

Captain John's Fawn harbor is a great place for family and friends. Boating, kayaking, music, food.

Its nice to have a major retail store in our little town, its on the small side but has a few things you might need that the other guys don't have.

I ordered the flavored tea, as I always have done, at this location and others. What I was served definitely wasn't their flavored tea, which tasted old. But when I asked to exchange for the regular tea, you could definitely tell it was old and not made fresh.
Another customer complained about his food, received his money back and said he would never go back.
Definitely appeared to be under new owners and employees.
Staff was very friendly.

Big Bear is lucky to have this shop!
In a small town w few choices.this place is an asset! Nearly every kind of wet food, dry food, vet and grooming services to pet portraits!

They have Just4Dogs now! I have been feeding my dog Just4Fogs since she was a puppy, so I am so excited that Petco carries their products now!

I take my dogs here at least once every time I'm in the area for the amazing selection the dog cookie bar offers! Always wonderful customer service!

The cat litter refill deal is great. Also, they have good choices for beds and toys. Staff are always happy and friendly.

Alissa was amazing and very knowledgeable about there products my dog just had surgery and she was extremely helpful to help me find the correct Elizabethan collar for my dog and price matched what I had found on Petco website and saved me soooo much money especially since I just had to pay for my dogs surgery anyone who's animal has had surgery knows how expensive that is.and her saving me soooo much money was a blessing I will be returning to this store in big bear lake CA to do all my shopping for my 2 fur babies to get a bunch of other items ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WILL PRICE MATCH OFF THE PETCO WEBSITE! I am likely to shop there again because you have no competition here in town. The staff here is friendly and helpful whenever I need it. The best customer service on the mountain.

Store is great, employees helpful. Don't really like the mesh mask I saw on the cashier. It was see thru with rhinestones & they might as well have been wearing no mask. Honestly, mesh masks? The other employees had real masks, at least, and they were really informative when I asked questions. But that mesh mask is an insult.
