Scam Company. Watch out for their scams on Vital Care. Go to Petsmart or you other local pet store do not do business with these scammers.

Went to take our 6 month old pup for a bath/grooming. Renee was the groomer. She did such a wonderful job with her. It was Nilla’s first time getting groomed. Our expectations of having her long hair cut.we didn’t know what the outcome would be. We were very please that we could see her adorable face again and she didn’t look like a lost puppy off the street. Everyone Petco is so friendly and welcoming. We love our neighborhood store!

I bring my two pitbulls to get groomed and I always schedule my appointments with Renee. One of my pitbulls has always been very anxious with baths and would tremble prior. He no longer does this and I’m sure it’s because of his experience with Renee. She’s so patient and kind with both my dogs. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Visit Petco once a month and signed up for vital care rewards to get the maximum rewards. Staff is courteous and belpful, and I find everything I need there.

The cashier was very helpful and she issued me my vital care rewards. I needed an additional reward but the place she called was closed.i took 2 kttens for a vet visit.

The man (didnt get his name) that helped me on Friday 8/18/23 was stocking and took the time to take me to the kitten section of the store and helped point to the items I needed for my little Baby girl Patches, showed me and waited until I was sure of getting the right items, veryyyyy helpppppfulllll, petco is my favorite pet store and the man (didn't get his name also) at checkout was veryyyyy helppppp. Thank you so much

My mom and I took in our dogs for nail trimming here this morning. Our dogs are easy going when it comes to getting groomed or nail trimming. The vibe here was so off and our dogs were not comfortable here. I watched the girl trim my mom's dogs nails and I don't like the way she was pulling on her after we mentioned she had a past injury on her leg and to be careful with her. Was not satisfied with the nail trimming.

People that work there are helpful and the interior is organized. They have pet care items and services that fit cats, dogs, fish and hamsters and health care items too, lots of toys, accessories.

I order my baby parrot food on line and just picked it up at cerritos petco.
The girl I check in with was very helpful and friendly

A paradise for dog supplies. Almost everything is available. Accessibility is convenient and the staff are friendly.
Happy to be able to feed our beloved dog delicious and healthy food

My first time here. Great service from all I spoke with. Trinity did a great job with my dog Raider. He is friendly but very strong and not easy to handle sometimes. Raider will become a regular here. Thank you Trinity and the rest of the team for the great service and care.

Even when I’m in line, I hear them talking to other people about their pets there a great place to shop

Staff was friendly but very busy so finding help was hard. Store is clean and decent th variety. This is a smaller store so it doesnt have the selection of one of their other stores.

Smaller Petco than the Cerritos and Whitter locations. Clean, found what I came in for, the cashier was very helpful, helping me.

Sales person personally checked to see if product I was looking for was on the shelf. It was not, so the sales person at the checkout stand wrote down the information about the product and I was contacted when the product arrived in the store. Also, I was able to redeem a discount that I received on my email address with Petco. Thank you.
