I got 2 pet carriers on clearance 27 each good deal but pet bowls 14 n up a collar for a cat 18 dollars 56 cat litter box n 100 not a big selection food to high this place is for rich people they are definitely price gouging n should b reported I don't have time so I just won't go back

I come to Petco instead of PetSmart because of the poor customer service we typically experience at the later. Petco usually has lots of merchandise and short lines at the cashier; however, during this visit, there was one employee assisting customers at the register while 8 more people including myself waited. After a few more people joined the line and 15 or 20 minutes had transpired, another employee came to help. It wasn't a good day for Petco in my book.

I said I saw a cheaper price for an item that I was purchasing and they priced matched it. Great customer service!
Easy to get in an out of. However avoid the groomer. They shaved patches into my dogs belly didn’t get him clean and didn’t tell me. Once I got my dog home I looked him over and noticed what had happened. They offered to rewash him but at that point I did not trust them. It was obvious what they had done and the fact they wouldn’t talk to me and I had to discover it myself makes me question going back and trusting to groomer.
This was my first time trying delivery from Petco, which is done via DoorDash. I was happy to get the order but the Dasher just left it on the stairs. Even though the delivery was to my work and we had huge bay doors open with one of my coworkers that could have “received” the order with minimal contact. - I’m not sure that I trust to have my order delivered this way again. The way my order was delivered anyone could have seen it and taken it. Petco should have their own employees deliver orders because I’m sure they would just point at DoorDash and say they are not responsible if it was stolen.
There were obviously never 36 crickets in here, but the ones that were had been dead. All the boxes were like this. Let's do better.
It's my dogs favourite place now but that's mostly because they always have foreshank bones in stock for him

The professionalism of the employees is remarkable! They are ALWAYS very friendly and exceptionally helpful! I have even asked them to get carts from parking lot and they drop what they're doing and help me.
Stood around and waited. No associate offered assistance. I went to the front desk and requested assistance. The associate who came kept glancing at her watch while I explained what I needed.
Today was my first visit to the grooming services at the Signal Hill location. Our stylist, Alicia, greeted us at the door at 7: 15 a.m. She comforted my dog upon arrival and my dog was clean and calm upon pick-up. Alicia was done quickly and called before she was done which eliminated the waiting and anxiety associated with the kennel. This was extremely comforting to me. Alicia really helped to start our day off on a good note
