For me, it's looks like the item size in the pictures on the website is giving the impression that the item is bigger than in the reality. I bought a dog toys and I end up returning everything.

They have almost everything you need for your pet. It's good to get their app to check their specials and get notifications.

Clerk/cashier was very helpful. He immediately carried/helped me when he saw me with the bag of food. He's very friendly & attentive to his work. Excellent service.

Ordered on line, order was ready in about 30 min. Quick and easy. I went in, but they do curbside as well.

I ordered 2 gallons of outdoor pet deodorizer and when I arrived to pick it up - you only had one available. As I was making the on-line purchase, it indicated that you had enough in stock to fulfill my order. I was forced to go out to to buy a substitute product to complete my project. Was happy with the ease of ordering and pick-up and also the fact that you carried this product when you largest competitor did not.

Great place to find majority of things you need for your pet. A bit on the expensive side but most likely to find what you are looking for.

Got an Anole and he is very friendly and nice. The people had a super hard time getting him out of the cage, and they were pinching and grabbing him by the feet and body. I was appalled that he was getting handled in such a crude way. Anoles are fast and hard to handle, but these people should be qualified to get a small lizard into a container. With practice it isn't that hard at all. I am disappointed but happy with my purchase and have a little friend now.

This is my go-to pet store. It has a wide selection of car and dog food. I haven't found certain pet accessories here, but the employees are always friendly and helpful. I take my 22-pound terrier to the Petco grooming salon every five to six weeks for a bath and haircut with her favorite pet stylist. She always looks and feels terrific when I pick her up.

My better half and I took my emotional support dogs to be groomed there. But for $12 each dog you can do it all your self and u get to use they stuff

Gotta love the manager here i believe her name is nikki, dude this girl takes her job seriously when she say no it means no. Im buying a feeder fish if your not familiar with them - this are the fish that you feed your pet. She wont sell it to me coz i might kill them maybe coz im asian and we loveeee fish but ill bet if im mexican like her she wont even think twice. Oh well petsmart was open

The prices are not always the lowest. However, their customer service is the best. We bought some prescription items from them for our cat, then she died. We asked to return the items but because of what they were they couldn't. But they credited $100 to my Mastercard and told me to donate the items, which I did. We thought that was awfully classy at our house.

Always helpful and store is kept clean. Staff was helpful and the store is always well stocked.
