They helped me with all of the shots that my puppy needed and when he needs his next shots they're very helpful and very knowledgeable about pets.

Again also been here for almost 7 years. This is where we get our baby boy for a full bath. Savannah is great.in the grooming department.

I love shopping for my pets food from this Petco location. The cashiers are always friendly and there is never a wait in line. They carry a wide selection of pet foods whether you are on a low budget or you prefer that top quality food. They also carry many other items such as toys, beds, skin care items and medications. They have fish & aquariums and other small animal supplies. This is a great all around pet supply store!

The store is in a good location, however, there can be a lot of traffic all around. Once you're in the Petco parking lot there's normally spaces available. The store is always clean and pretty active as far as always having customers having some type of service or shopping around.

They had multiple dead Betta Fish, with one of them having fungus growing on it. I told Jeremy about their situation and he got extremely defensive and basically barked at me saying that they charge water daily and if I don’t believe him, that’s on me. It takes more than one day for a dead fish to grow fungal hyphae that is visible. Someone should take responsibility and do the right thing or resign from their position of responsibility.

I walked in could not find a grain free snack in the by the pound stuff so I found the guy working there he was bald guy with a green T shirt very nice went to check on the back shelf and found My grain free alphabet snacks, went above and beyond to help I will go back there again. Every time I return from Petco with treats for my two doggies. I can't seem to get them off my legs. Crazy. Blew my knee out one-time.

Horrible experience employee was rude and caught him taking pics of me and my girlfriend asked for customer service phone number and gave me store number

The store is always clean and the fish tanks look healthy. The employees are ready to help always.

My 2 year old chihuahua was going through anxiety. We lost our other pup to old age and son has been away from home. He just would not let anyone groom him and the staff was very patient with him.

Didn't get much help. I asked for help with the fish and no one responded. There seemed to be very light staff that day. Maybe someone called out.

Good staff. Assisted me in finding what I was looking for as I hadn't been in this location before.

Went to look for a betta. One was dead, one had finrot, one was half blind, and many had the cup half full almost not enough water to cover their top fins. Not to mention there were many with yellowish dirty water and about to die. There are many pretty bettas it’s terrible how they’re treated. I also saw a cockroach crawling around, it’s clear keeping both animals and the store clean isn’t top priority.

Didn't have a big bag of the dog food I wanted so paid half the price for 10 lb bag when the 50lb bag was 26 I paid 13 for 10 lbs

I was shopping for stylish leashes, harnesses, and collars for my 2 small dogs because the other Petco locations didn't have a lot in stock. This location also had a lot of the popular items out of stock, but the staff was very friendly and picked up other items while I was there.

They are a great general pet store, and the staff is quite helpful at times. The staff isn't always knowledgeable on every pet so ask what pets they own.

No customer service, nothing stocked but everything was on pallets. Items on shelf I wanted were all expired, they told me they have the items but wouldn't be up on shelves til next day.

The manger there was very rude hes just careless looks at you all wrong mad at the world because he's 40 and still at petco
