Customer service was okay but just Reminder to please check your fish or what ever you buy i was sold a Dead snail for my saltwater fish tank and when I went back to return it they told me NO! So please be careful.

Ok PetCo is BIG they have nearly everything. Prices are marked up a bit and staff is usually no where to be found when you need something. However, on my last trip the fish represents five was actually knowledgeable and responsive I was really please with my last trip.

Nice, clean place. Employee Mr. Carlos did an excellent job in taking care of my family on how to maintain our first fish aquarium. He was patient with my boys.that's a plus!

Every Saturday they have a big adopting day you can adopt cats, dogs, bunny's, turtles, ducks, chicken, pariots

Good place I went looking for fish and fish supplies they have a decent selection but seems a little neglected at times quite a few dead fish and sickly but not all the time so hit and miss.

I go to Petco over petsmart because I have always had trouble with my animals from.petsmart.they always end up sick or die very quick. I have never had any issues with petco. Everyone is always very helpful and well informed about the different animals that Petco has in their stores. Sign up for the rewards program to get extra deals for you and your pets!

Friendly staff. Decently knowledgeable. Hate that they only have two people there trying to cover everything. They look exhausted.

Great dog training by Jessica I would highly recommend her. Very fun and truly cares about the dogs she trains.

I was buying my doberman puppy the wrong food they Helped up decide which would be best for him and helped out getting things for my 2 year old Betta fish

Everytime i take my dog in to get her nails clipped they barely to anything at all.if she doesnt need it.just tell me.abd today i had them grind them.still looks no difference.so dissatisfied

Good selection for all pet foods. I myself used to work for a pero store and this one is up to the level of my old store. Almost everyone is very friendly. One of their employees almost crashed into me and didnt say excuse me and looked at me like I was in the wrong. But ita all good.

This Pet co on Evergreen has great service and they have the cutest things for your pet in need.

Worst customer service ever.place was not even busy. 5 cars outside and I was waiting for over an hour for someone to help me to buy a fish.plus I asked the workers 3 times to get someone to help and nothing. I just bought what I needed for my fish and left.

As we know the store is Pet friendly and the staff are very helpful. Some Products are manufactured in China, which has been known to have VERY POOR quality control. Many of those products are harmful to your pets so read the lable and buy AMERICAN.

I don't recommend going here if you have any type of reptiles. They are very unknowledgeable and quit rude depending on the reptile. They also put me down about how I feed my animals, And scolded me for have a monitor in my home with a child (monitor is locked up)
