Love the staff here. They always seem like they want to help and they legit seem interested in learning about the customers and their pets. When I'm shopping, if someone is restocking, they always ask if I need anything.
It seems like the people who work here really care about animals and want to make sure that you are getting the right stuff for your pets.
That means a lot to me because I have become painfully aware that some pet places only exist for $$$.

I like the variety of items you have from cat towers to food. I found the types of good cat food (wet) I was looking for and was given good advice from one of you employees that has a good knowledge about dry kibble for cats. Very helpful. I didn't see many cat dishes, the plastic type. Perhaps better to use ceramic or metal for the environment.not sure but love your store. Oh yes, cat litter. You had a sort of serve yourself litter. May try that. Sorry for the long ramble.

I didn't know that they had a Self service pet wash at Petco, it's very nice and clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly.

So happy that self-serve bathing is open again. Area needs to be cleaned better between customers and cashiers need to know that self-service grooming has to be paid for before you can enter into that area.
Appreciated the store remodel and the addition of vet and self-service grooming.

Normally I have amazing service at this store, I have been taking my dog to this store since he was 12 weeks old for puppy play time, training classes, and sometimes to be groomed. I have never had any issue in the two years I’ve been taking him there, the staff always treat him with love. Some of them still remember him from when he was a baby. But I’m disappointed with the service we received today while he was having some grooming services done. I understand you have to be a little more “rough” with the dog for their safety while trimming their nails. But yelling at my dog for being scared of the nail drill is not acceptable, that only is going to make him more scared of not only the drill but of the actual groomer. If you’re working with dogs you need to have a little bit more patience and treat them with a little bit more love. They’re only animals they don’t understand.

To go shopping at Petco there's always a pleasure. You'll never know what kind of animals you'll see when you show up it's just fun to watch.

Though petco has consistently mis credited out pet rewards accounts whenever we call they immediately correct the account and we are able to receive the benefits.

My most recent visit was great. The customer service I received in the fish department was outstanding. The young man who assisted me and my son was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me find what I needed, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Additionally, he told me about the free aquarium water testing Petco provides. I will definitely be coming back.

My only complaint about here is Vetco. They only do basics. So if you have an "emergency" this is not the place to go. Just a heads up!

Very knowledgable and helpful staff! Somewhat disappointed in the variety of fish to choose from, but the employee was so helpful and kind, helped us get off to the right start on a new tank and it's doing well!

Petco grooming store temecula is always great! But this week I’ve called several times for appointments and both customer service and grooming (over 4 days) and no one answers the phone.

Awesome experience. Got rung up by Nick who is one of the dog trainers and he was extremely helpful. He even went to grab us the dog training schedule while we were waiting for oir dog tag to finish engraving.

Great location and staff. They were out of an item due to supplier backlog and called around till they found it at an unleashed location. Thank you for caring so much.

Love this store for my doggy. Treats, bed to shower stuff you name it. Yea sometimes things are a bit pricey but i invest in my pet.

I like the fact that has everything you need for your pets. Nice variety of animals.
The only thing is a bit pricey.

This is an awesome location with a very helpful staff. Enormous selection for various pets at decent prices. Have brought Shanook here a few times for grooming as well as treats and a new leash. They have a big refrigerator section for food as well as natural products.

Their licensed Vet refused to take a look at a small sore on my dog's tummy. I had to buy a product and then she would look. I couldn't even pay her to look, without buying a product. There was no line and she was just sitting there, twidling her thumbs. Poor customer service to say the least. Took my pup somewhere else and found it was a thorn.

Took my dogs in to be groomed. They seemed happy too! I also buy the Instinct Raw there. Th hey seem to be the only pet store left to carry it.

I love Petco but unfortunately this store has very little urgency to provide great customer service.

Amazing customer service whether at the registers, on the floors in the different departments or in the grooming and self wash area, the customer service I've always received has been, and continues to be 1st class all the way! Thank you PetCo!
