Petco Grooming, El Cajon CA

I have used Petco grooming for years and will continue to use them. Max is very happy when he goes to get washed and groomed.

I always use the Rancho San Diego location. I wouldn't trust my pup with anyone else but Ivanna. She's loving and caring and he's trusting of her. I can say her name at home and he knows who I'm talking about.

The groomer did a nice job with the haircut. The dog seemed to be comfortable there. My dogs are very sensitive and need people that are sweet to them.

Julia is the best! She is very loving with my dog. She always makes her feel welcomed and my puppy always comes back to me super happy! I totally recommend her!

Our Mini Schnauzer Mojo's haircut was HORRIBLE. He seriously looks like he was cut with a weed whacker. He's got bald, and uneven spot all over his body. They completely chopped off his beard, and shaved his skirt down completely. Had I been the one to pick him up, I would have refused to pay for this service. My wife is very timid and didnt say anything. She also mentioned they waited until after she paid to bring him out to her. In top of the bad cut, he literally spent the entire day at the store. I dropped him off at 10am, and we didnt get a call to get him until around 430. We have been to several other Petco groomers in several states (including here in California) and have never seen anything this bad. I will be stopping by to request a refund immediately. I'm not trying to speak badly about the staff, they were all really nice. But this cut was just terrible and we will not be going back to this location again.

The groomer was very friendly and careful with our puppy and made us feel like one of the family! We were extremely happy with the service and friendliness we recieved from the staff! We will definitely be back!

As always, Selina was very helpful and accommodating to our pups. She trimmed their nails beautifully.
