Petco Grooming, Elk Grove CA

The groomers are very friendly, capable, and take the time to check out my dog's personality. Scout doesn't mind going there and he always looks wonderful when I pick him up.

This was my dogs first visit so I knew it would take some time. It took 6 hours to get her groomed. This wasn't shared with me when making my appointment. The groomer was unqualified to be a groomer. Very friendly girl but her hair cut was horrible. I wish I could send you a before and after photo. Her hair is so choppy and uneven. She quite before doing her ears or cleaning up all the uneven cuts. I was so disappointed. We shop at Petco regularly but will not be returning to get my dog groomed. Very upsetting!

In observing the groomers handling of Ramie during the grooming session, I was very pleased as to how calm & relaxed she was. The handler was AWESOME. She definately knows her job & skill.

I'm so happy with MJ our groomer. To be honest after my last experience at a different Petco I never thought I could trust you guys again, but MJ Changed all of that! She was so nice to me and amazing to my pups. She has great customer service skills and has a can do attitude. She understood exactly what we wanted and I was so impressed that she gave me an update call, that really put me at ease! The amount of care and detail she put into my babies, will never be forgotten. We have found our forever groomer!

I really enjoyed the interaction with Cecille and the dogs were comfortable with her. I will definitely be coming back to see her again. She seems very knowledgeable and experienced with what she is doing and the dogs love her. Thank you Cecille!

Obviously the staff would over booked. The appointment was at 1: 00, my dog was done at 7: 00. She didn't get her ears appeared to be air dried, not blown dry. They looked oily. It was the worst haircut she has ever had.and that includes when I tried to cut her hair with a scissors. The poor dog had to pee so bad she was shaking when we got there and barely made it out the front door before relieving herself.

They were very kind to my senior dogs. Taking care to give them physical support when they need it. The dogs were very comfortable with the groomers. Thank you

Your associate Susan was very gentle and caring with our chihuahua. Because of Covid congestion, she brought pet out to us and made sure we were completely satisfied with her work

Groomers were very accommodating to grooming as I requested, very professional, knowledgeable and caring, very pleasant to discuss needs and care, thank you Petco.

Cecile is amazing. Our dog gets so happy to see her. He is wary of many people and clearly was not use to being groomed (we adopted him a few months ago) but she made him feel right at home and he is always happy to go.

The Lady Riley who cut Stella's hair did a fantastic job, especially for Stella not having a cut in a long time

Cecille is a wonderful advocate of pet care. She provides the ultimate care with which I would provide to my pet if I had the skills she has. My furbaby absolutely loves her groom appointments, it shows in her happiness when we get there, she knows where we are.

My groomer was super friendly & my dog instantly loved her! My dog will NOT let me do her nails; but my groomer was able to do it quickly, and really, the best I've had it done in the past year! I will definitely be going back! ThetThe results were better & more economic than taking her to her vet.
