Great wash stations How ever when dogs walk down steps they slip on tile. We need you to put grip tape on the steps in photo, so they don't slip.

Worst customer service!
Worst grooming place
They gave me my dog half groomed complaining that he was biting when she touches his leg!
His a puppy! What do you expect?
He’s obviously scared and he is a puppy!
Seriously who does that? !
And giving me my puppy back with an attitude as if I’m a criminal!
Walking away without even answering my questions! Who does that!
They freaking canceled my appointment 2 times and I understood every time and still they gave me my puppy half groomed and they told me on the phone that he looked funny because he’s half shaved!
These people are very disrespectful, rude and don’t care about your pet!
DON’T TAKE YOUR PET THERE!
I had to take my dog somewhere else to help me groom my puppy and the funny thing is that when I told them what happened with me at Petco the lady laughed and said this happens all the time with them and they get a lot of half groomed dogs from Petco!
Worst place ever!
My puppy was literally shaking and terrified of that place!

Worst do it yourself dog wash ever! No water pressure. Soap didn’t come out for five minutes straight. At least I got to wait two hours to get in since no once else can reasonably wash their dog in a normal amount of time with that water pressure! Not the staff’s fault, never had a bad diy dog wash before, oh and it is the most expensive I have paid for and I have been to many around the country!

This was Fendi's first experience and our groomer was amazing. I appreciate how kind our groomer was.

This has been the first time that I was extremely happy with our dog's grooming. Her cut finally looked like I wanted it to. The woman who did our dog's intake asked a ton of questions and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted, and promised to call if they needed to take more fur off if there was any matting that couldn't be seen yet. She also told me about a different method of grooming that used the scissors as well, and I guess that make the fur look more fluffy, so we tried that out, and it looks so nice, and our dog feels so soft and fluffy. I am so happy with our experience at PetCo, and will definitely be bringing our dog back for all of her grooming needs.

The groomers were nice and kind to my pet. My pup was trimmed to close and bled a little (I know it happens), the groomer was upfront and pleasant. I will do the dremel (vs.clip) in the future.

Job was well done, this was not easy as my dog had been rescued with overall matting and was quite difficult to get evenly cut. And I could tell that it was done kindly as she was relaxed and happy afterwards! Thanks much to Kelly!

The girls were all very friendly and obviously loved animals. The actual haircut was perfect! Couldn't be happier to come back for more grooming!

First off I groomed my own pet! On Sep 28th 2020. I would not have the present groomers be as crual as they were the last time I was there. The manager was ruff w/my dog and she Charlotte wasn't even supposed to be a groomer when she yanked my dog onto the lift. My dog's hind legs were fraling in the air while the manager was yanking on the leash to put her on the lift. And did not say anything about that when I saw her do that. The groomer refused to grind my girls nails and charged me for it.the manager pulled hard on the leash n took her back to do so. I filed a complaint but it landed on closed ears. Petco should be ashamed to have this type of people working there! I will put out a blog and make sure that the redlands petco store has the notification as being a crual to dogs store!

They have gone above and beyond all my expectations. Their patience for the customers and dogs is unlike anything I've seen. Kaitlyn in particular has been very patient with my dog (she has a lot of anxiety) for almost six months. I also have see them be extremely respectful to some VERY rude customers. I have gone to quite a few groomer with my last dog and let me tell you it was not an easy task. The girls at petco are so amazing that I honestly can see myself ever going anywhere else.

Self serve pet wash was great with large tubs and safe restraints, dryers were on the weak side but otherwise excellent

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service here. I scheduled my Great Pyrenees puppy weeks in advance to be groomed, we waited three weeks for this appointment and planned our entire day around it. We made the 1 hour drive from Lake Arrowhead and got there early. They wouldn’t even chat with me until it was appointment time. After waiting around 30 minutes for appt time, when we went to check in I told them she isn’t thrilled to go to the groomers and she had Matting behind her ears that needed to be cut out or brushed first. Immediately they acted like this was the most difficult and insane request ever. They did NOT even greet or talk to my dog they just tried to walk her back. Without an introduction, she of course resisted and they pulled her anyway. After about 15 seconds, the girl came back and said my dog wasn’t willing to jump onto the grooming table so they would not be able to groom her (too difficult). With a car full of kids we had to cancel our entire day and take the dog all the way back home. I’m leaving this review because today I finally got her into another groomers. They made her feel instantly comfortable and they said she was not at all as difficult as I warned them she’d be. Maybe because they actually took the time to greet her? I don’t know but I’m very disappointed in Petco Redlands grooming location. Totally lazy and rude employees. The kind you have to pry the customer service out of. The kind that act like they hate every second of their job. I’m very glad I’ve found another place to take my $100/month.

This was our first visit to a groomer. Dobby was happy and calm during the last few minutes of his grooming that we observed. He looked & smelled great. He was very happy the rest of the day, indicating that he enjoyed the experience.

It was my first time here at Petco afyer being a loyal customer to Persmart for 5-6 years. The “front desk lady” could have been more friendlier. When I had made my appointment online I knew that for the weight of my dog (9Lbs) he would qualify for the $22 price, however once I arrived there the “front desk lady” changes it to $27. When I questioned it she said that was the price and no other price below it, she actually showed me the screen (as if I would be familiar with the software and would know what exactly it was I was looking at). I went online after a few minutes and verified my $22 price was indeed correct. I went back to the store and showed them the online price. The “front desk lady” goes back to the groomer Alyson I believe was her name and I guess explained to her what happened. Alyson (the groomer) comes out with my dog and puts them on the scale to prove that he was under 10 lbs. She still had the audacity to say that when they’re on the mark (9 point something) my dog was right below 10 lbs they usually just “up it” but that she would honor the $22 price for “right now”as if it was a favor she was doing me and my dog. I found that beyond humiliating an disrespectful the fact that she would go out of her way to weigh my dog in front of other customers pretty much questioning my integrity and calling me a liar. I knew how much my dog weigh as he was in the vet in July for his updated shots and which I had to provide as well to the groomer as it was my first time there. Alyson did make it up after when I came to pick him up amd told she “buffed” his nails for the incovenience. For it being my first time it was not the best experience, most likely I will not be heading back to this salon or Petco for all that matters & take my business elsewhere I feel more valued and respected.

Alyssa was awesome! She did exactly what we asked her to do. She was gentle, kind and professional. This was our first time trying Petco and we will return. Callie's experience was good. Thanks. The Hall's
