2First time at this grooming location and James was absolutely excellent! He was so patient and thorough with my Labrador. I will be returning solely based on this experience! Keep up the good work.
My first appointment went well because it was for my 4 lbs toy Pomeranian. However, for my other dog, the appointment was at 10 AM and Elizabeth refused to groom my other Pomeranian who is 14 lbs because my 14 lbs Pomeranian got excited and bark because he thought she was playing with him when she came down and tried to touch his feet. My dog even did the bowing posture where it means that he wanted to have fun and play, but Elizabeth rudely said that he was being too snappy and told us to take him somewhere that muzzle dogs. I won't be bringing either of my dogs here again and will find them someplace else in the future.
