I had an appointment with the stylist I have used to groom my dog. I got there with my dog to find out that the person wasn’t available. The stylist that did my dog in replace did not at all do a good job. My dogs beard was completely uneven, his tummy was not trimmed at all and his leg trims were completely uneven. I was extremely disappointed in this and not sure I will go back. They require a 48 hour cancellation and I think I should have received the same if my stylist was not going to be available.
Whenever we take our dog in to get groomed, AKiko does a fantastic job on her and my dog just loves her.
I’m very happy with how great my rat, Pineapple looked, I just wish she got her little report card. Would have been 5 stars with the report card but no other complaints at all!
We usually get Jessica to groom both of our dogs. She is great with them- and us! She is very accommodating. One of our dogs gets very anxious when she goes to the groomer (even though we’ve been going to the same place for years!) and Jessica is great with her.
They didn’t cut anything on my dogs face. My dog is literally shaved all the way and they didn’t do her face. They are trained professionals, they should be able to handle a tiny dog who is moving. I also paid extra for a professional package and they didn’t even clean her teeth, buff her nails or some of the other stuff I paid for
Chase is the best! She loves our pups like they are her own. I totally trust her with my fur babies!
