He gave us a realistic timeline, was very knowledgeable about what our asking price could be, was very fast on meeting with us and developing our sales packet. We found Peter on Yelp based on the great reviews for realtors in the Monterey area, and we weren't disappointed. We've bought and sold several homes over the past 20+ years and Peter has been the most organized one we've come across. We decided to sell our Monterey investment home after 11 years of ownership. Our first step was to select a realtor. We researched the top realtors in the area and selected four to interview in their respective offices. Peter Boggs made a great first impression on us and made our “short list” of two realtors. When we decided that we needed to find a realtor to help sell our house we had several important considerations. First and most importantly, with a short window of time before we were scheduled to move to the East Coast, we had a lot of work to do to prepare the house to go on the market and needed to have the house sold quickly.
