Pete's Complete Auto Repair, Tujunga CA

I've been taking my older Honda Civic and my Subaru to Pete's Auto Repair for over a year now. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are fast with tune ups and repairs and always accommodating. Their prices are fair and Pete and Paul are always honest with me. Highly recommend!

Pete and his sons are the best! If you live in the Sunland/Tujunga area, don't even consider taking your vehicle anywhere else for repairs.

Great Experience!
First time I've been to Pete's. I called for an oil change and was told to come right away as they had a cancellation. Fast, efficient and thorough and the price was right. Paul and his mechanic checked my car over for my upcoming roadtrip, changed my oil etc.and was communicative as to a minor problem with transmission fluid cap. They didn't try to push expensive repair at the time and said they would monitor and check it on my next oil change. I was going to Jason's Honda for the last 20 years and when he closed up shop I was concerned in finding another good auto shop like Jason's. Thank you Pete's, I think I found my next good mechanic! And they take care of the stray cats, which is big plus in my book.

The check engine warning within 20 min after oil change…. I looked and saw pool of oil spilled where the filter area is …. The filter was either not placed properly or used the wrong filter for car model…

Stay away from this place! Not worth it

Awesome, friendly. My Mom and sister suggested him, and they took a quick look at my car after I ran over something on the freeway. Found no damage, and I was back on the road.

Honest, hardworking, efficient and kind. Our family had used the same mechanic for 20 years, he retired and we were on the lookout for a new mechanic. It took me a year to find Pete's but boy am I glad I did. We have been going to Pete's Automotive for several years now and I do not intend to go to any other mechanic.
Pete, Paul and Victor are wonderful to work with and they always have my best interest at hand. I trust their evaluations and all the work they have done has been top quality.

This shop has caused me untold grief!
Replaced an a/c compressor that wasnt needed at $800 cost which resulted in my drive belt to fly off 3 times in the last 18 months, once blowing the radiator after subsequent over heating. When I picked it up they had strangled the wires so I couldn't use the accelerater. Another time I drove off with no transmission fluid because they forgot to put it in. An expensive nightmare. Don't go here unless you like flushing money down the toilet.
