4 If I could give it a zero I would. Avoid this place if your dogs have any special need, they have no idea what they’re doing.
I have 3 dogs, one of them is extremely anxious due to past traumas, the other one is a tripod and the third one is 16 years old. I acknowledge that my dogs need some kind of special attention, which is why I always make it clear when I schedule the appointments.
First thing that went wrong - The man at the front desk had no record of my appointment, therefore they had none of the comments I had made when scheduling. I still made sure he knew about it.
Second issue - They clearly had no idea how to manage an anxious dog. They automatically tried to force her into the crate aggressively pulling her into it. I had to step into the grooming stations to show them how to do it. Not a great start.
Lastly - After 3.5 hours I came to pick them up and they let my tripod out first, a woman quickly came out saying she still had to cut her nails, so she started cutting them in the lobby with me present. This is the worst part… SHE MADE HER BLEED…TWICE! From the one paw she needs the most.
I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.
Took my dog in at 11: 30 n they didn’t have him ready till 5.now it looks like his privates got sliced with the machine to cut hair. Never bringing him here again now my dog looks all sad 4 days he still not wanting to play with me like he usually does
Hate being this guy but made an appointment for 1pm. Told them over the phone my dog weighs 85 lbs. Gave them my phone number. Bring my dog in for his appointment for the guy to say, "Oh my gosh he's a big dog. Can you bring him back tomorrow, the groomer is sick. " What's the point of making an appointment if you don't honor it? You had my phone number, why didn't you call me to tell me the groomer (at a dog grooming facility, which I imagine to be the key player here) was sick? I asked if it was because my dog was too big, he said yes. This is why I told you his size over the phone when I confirmed my appointment. Solid business strategies here.
