3-5 hour wait for a shower is ridiculous. Drivers, I suggest you get your shower before entering California. No one wants to clean them.

Trash. I will never return or recommend to others. Come here to sleep you will get trapped into buying fuel or pay for parking. Very unsanitary.

The truck stop I give it a 5 star. The reason I give it a 1 star is their service at the truck service area. Some of the staff are rude and not people friendly.

The women's bathroom had no toilet paper for over 24 hours which tells me it hadn't been cleaned. The soap dispensers in the men's bathroom were all empty. The fountain machine was not working. The outside sitting area had food and garbage underneath tables with the garbage cans overflowing. Just seemed to be run down and in dire need of updating and cleaning. On a good note, Karlene was super friendly and very helpful.

The showers are so small.a big person can not undress in there.it's shameful that they would make a shower room that small. I thought truck stops would have more respect than they do for the drivers that keep this country running.the trash cans around the property were heavily overflowing with trash.looked like it had been a few days since being emptied. TA and Petro truckstops are going downhill big time all across the country

On 11-18-21 the Latino lady with blond hair sold my younger brother tobacco without asking for id, when I caught him and went back to ask for refund she refused saying we left the store while I was fueling gas, then I asked for an exchange still refused, a lady I think was manager wearing red shirt was so mean, didn’t not resolve the problem instead she yelled at us saying if she gets fired who will pay her mortgage, I don’t know why she took the conversation that far when I simply asking why they didn’t check my brother Id before selling him tobacco, I should have called the cops but luckily I had no time l! Another male from the counter across the store jumped in making the situation worse! He said it is the law and asked where is the law displayed in your store and of course no answer! The receipt clearly states that refunds could be issued with a receipt no exceptions! The entire evening crew was so means and unprofessional, selling tobacco to kids is ILLEGAL!

Almost spent money here. Till I realized last year this was the locale that would not let me put on my shoes in the drivers lounge After I took a shower.

The deli at the fuel island was great with great people. However, trying to get a shower is a bit of a task. Give yourself plenty of time, because they'll take their time and extended lunches at peak times (LAZY).

What a joke and rip off
Out of everything I ordered in restaurant
Took them 15 minutes to tell me so I walked out
Then I asked why change policy on bobtail parking lot
Lady said it's because they were getting screwed but trucks to park so if you're up front bobtail you still have to pay 20 to park no matter what you spend inside

Sounds to me like security wasn't doing there job or management just figured they would screw the drivers more
This place has made millions of drivers and still are screwing them over

I’m happy to see Iron Skillet is back open again. Miss the servers there. Always great service. Just wish they had flavor coffee creamers so I don’t have to walk over to the coffee counter in the store to get them. Speaking of the coffee in the store it always seems when I get coffee there I always get coffee grounds in my coffee. Yuck. The people at the fuel desk are great people and always enjoy going in there to say hi when I stop off there. I enjoy Petro better than the TA across the way. Parking is also better at the Petro.

This one's about as good as the dump across the street. The restaurants close early, food selection is terrible. Also, update your hours. Burger King clearly is not open until midnight.

I signed in for alignment of my tractor and trailer at shop waiting time was told 3 hrs to me after 6 hrs of waiting I was told to come back next day.what a management. I have lost my load and I have to spend $30 to get out of that place cus u have to pay for parking.never gonna go back here again
