My Grandchildren loved the aquarium and all the rocks and plants. They both got their own gold fish. Thank you Petco for your Customer service.

You have to love your pet's. This is my favorite place to shop for my babies. They deserve the best. Folks buy Pets food at a pet store not a grocery store. Typically pet food sits a grocery stores for a long time.

Great parking. Place for your dog to sniff and poop. They provide the bags as well. Good selection of foods and toys. Oh and don't forget treats

They are never short of helpful employees but sometimes run low on some supplies. However, I started ordering online and picking up in store. The only issue here is curbside pickup is a huge hassle. No one answers the phone.

Great place to get you started if you having a first pet experience. First store clerk we asked a question became very resourceful and informal, gave me and my family great advice for our first dog. Informed us of programs and pet care information. The store manager matched a price on one of the items we bought and also honored a sale on another item that the sale expired. Thank you guys and will be returning.

A little of everything here. Come grab some last minute items and delight in observing the training lessons, seeing the birds play, and trying to find all the reptiles in their enclosures.

I started taking my dog here to be groomed after I heard an employee at my last groomers mistreating a dog. From what I can see the groomers here are good to the dogs. The haircut may not be dog show worthy, but for the price they do a good job & my dog always looks nice. I'm moving out of state & was happy to find out there is a Pet smart near my new home.

We visited PetSmart we're able to get our little dog groomed on the same day that we requested. It was a pleasant place and lots of cats. My friends little dog will go back there again when they are in town.

I love petsmart I always shop there. I love the services. A one stop shop. Everything is kept very clean also.

Always use this Petsmart the people are very friendly and Banfield and the groomers are very good!

The people who work at this store are really much nicer and much more attentive than other stores. They are super helpful and actually care about you and your pet. Its a very welcoming environment and very pleasant to shop here. Very happy to do business here.

I think we spend more money here than at restaurants. Our cats are happy though. Prices are great too

Zero help from employees. Not approached once. Just had three employees walk past me without even a glance. Was looking for a dog create but they didn’t have what I wanted.

Really didnt pay attention when i went, i quickly went to drop off my dog at the groomers.but from what i saw it was decent it looked smaller than other petsmarts i been to.

Great customer service and they have an amazing Banfield inside as well as a very good grooming station.

They corrected overpayment without questions and even gave me a discount on the corrected purchase! Simple and easy process and very friendly service.

They don't restock the shelves and refuse to check the back stock for my dog's food. Its 10: 54 am, how have you sold out of a popular brand if dog food? Please learn how to reorder and restock before your current supply runs out because you are inhibiting my ability to do so.
Looks like Petco will get my business today and in the future. They understand supply and demand better.
