Little pricey, but great selection, and very knowledgeable staff! Helped me figure out exactly what I needed to take care of my babies! Even stayed after closing time to make sure I had what I needed and also gave me the info to find it at a lower cost than the in-store price! Sincerely appreciated!

PetSmart is a great pet store for me, pardon me, for my cat. He loves a particular wet and a particular dry brand of food and it always seems to be on the shelf. With my discount coupon I can even save money on their already reasonable price.

Staff for grooming is the worst. I’m a regular customer and the plus sized white girl with the pale face is extremely rude. She has blonde hair and no personality. I’m a regular and every time she is rude. The rest of the staff is good but the large, pale, white girl positively made sure I’ll never use their service again. For 80 and a tip they should at least be able to afford polite staff. And I’m sorry to everyone else there but that girl is terrible

People were nice. I called ahead & They had my order ready. I had to get a prescription card. The were fast & efficient. I was in & out. The cashier was very quick yet friendly.

This is my favorite pet store in San Diego because they have what I need, the dog training classes are very very good the instructor read is excellent and I like the friendliness of all of the workers there they are very helpful and care about the needs of my pet which is a huge Rottweiler named Julia

There are supplies for pets here. Ample parking. Smaller store so some specialty material may not be available. Staff was super friendly and nice

Staff is helpful but way too chatty and oblivious to other customers waiting! If you are on any schedule I would not recommend stopping by, you'll be late or delayed significantly getting to your destination!

Jessica is the best groomer we have ever used. She really loves animals and took great care of our dog. We will definitely be back.

My go- to pet store! Jasmine always loooves coming here! Everyone is super friendly and knows the products. The groomers are amazing! Locke and everyone in grooming goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is comfortable and happy. Every experience there has been a positive one and I know that is entirely because of the people working there. I would recommend the grooming salon and the store on a whole to everyone.

Very nice PetSmart, great employees and very helpful! This store is a little tough to locate and choose your time to visit because traffic in the area can be a real problem!

In the past I always appreciated the helpful staff. One time a customer was nice enough to share her positive experience with a more healthy cat food. That cat didn't have a vet checkup for 10 years and he said he was very healthy as I knew he was.

Excellent. Just do not take pets to Banfield because they are fee driven & only want to use the love for your 4 legged kids as a revenue base.

Overall my family enjoys this store for our two huskies. The employees are helpful. But the prices for most of their products are too high.

The staff here are very helpful. They will check their back stock, order products, carry heavy products or open up additional lanes when busy. It's lovely to have such a friendly and caring store experience.

This outsmart didn't carry the Purina one brand so I got something different. That I didn't want to do. Why don't they carry the same foods at all the stores? Will not come back to this store
