Andrew was so helpful and knowledgeable! Made shopping for our new pet fun and easy. He made great suggestions to our questions. He even noticed our cart was getting full and brought us a flat cart. Thank you Andrew

I had a fantastic experience at the store on Mooney. I had no idea what to buy for a terrarium and they very patiently helped me find something cost-effective and easy. I can't wait to go back.

Good store to take your dog in and buy them clothes and food and treats and meet other dogs I love to go to PetSmart it is a great store

Friendly staff, and just a happy place in general. This weekend they even had dogs out front for adoption.

Good location for all your pet needs. One stop shop. Way better then other pet suppliers such as petco. Better selections and savings at pet smart. It's my choice visit and see why.

Lines at checkout are always long. Most of the time only 1 cashier available. I spend more time in the line than actually getting the products I need.

They actually care about the pets they sell they ask you all the right questions before you take a new buddy home to make sure they're going to homes that really care about them

This is a great PetSmart. Jose, the Manager, is the kindest, nicest, most compassionate person, I've met in a long time! All the employees reflect his efficiency & kindness. Curbside has been a blessing to this disabled veteran. Many thanks for all you do!

PetSmart is one of the best store for doggies food and treats and it's very friendly and most here and what I like the best is they helping the dogs in need also

Dog returned wet and uncut due to company policy. Dog needed to go to the bathroom during grooming. He had an accident. Called me to pick him up or they were taking him to the vet. I couldn't just walk my dog and return him. So they handed me back a wet dog and offered to reschedule at a different time. Like they hadn't already wasted my time. Shop local and avoid supporting this corporation.

They have a great selection of pet foods and supplies, everything is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly also.

Not very helpful staff on isle. Kept shutting me up to repeat his rehearsed type line. I needed a genuine opinion and this felt great from one

We never really have any problems there. We just returned a large turtle aquarium because of some cracks that formed. There were no issues with changing it out. They have been very knowledgeable with suggestions for any questions we've asked. Very helpful.
