This is a really good Petsmart. Large store, clean, spacious, with a decent selection of items. Plus you can adopt small animals and buy fish. (Sorry no fish adoptions ;)
They also have dog training, doggy day camp, pet boarding, and pet grooming, and vet services if I’m not mistaken. Truly a one-stop shop!
Decent selection of foods and supplies, people are friendly. Dog trainers listen to issues and give solutions to resolve them.
I am an Employee who works here As a familiar face. I am regularly engaged in assisting customers with their inquiries, cashiering, guiding them to the right products, and providing information about our hotel, grooming, and Banfield services. Additionally, I have been actively promoting the array of new treats variants we recently introduced for both cats and dogs, contributing to the increased sales in our store. Despite my dedication to my work, I am consistently confronted with negative encounters from customers who seem to take issue with my Clearly Labled service dog's presence.
These incidents often begin with customers labeling me as rude when I decline to share personal information, such as my k9s name or the specific reason for having a service dog. Subsequently, I am subjected to harassment, as the said customers attempt to provoke me by violating boundaries related to my working K9, such as The humans barking, whistling, making unreasonable comments. It has been distressing to deal with such situations regularly, as it disrupts my workflow and creates a hostile work environment.
I want to emphasize that my service dog is not here for casual interaction, but rather to perform essential tasks that aid me in my duties as an employee. I believe it is essential for our valued customers to be educated about service animals handlers, understanding that these animals play a vital role in the lives of people with disabilities. My request is simple - I ask that all customers respect service animals and their handlers, recognizing that these animals are not there for socialization, or your Entertainment, but are diligently performing their job.
Great location well stocked store. No real customer service for the most part. A young girl who wears black glasses short curly hair with a Service Dog Shepard Mix she has with her everyday is extremely rude! You try to have small conversation she's quick to almost insult you with a backhanded remark!? ! Everytime I've been in she's there for the most part. It never fails she's not having a bad day she just continues to leave her manners at home.
A helpful tip if you have ZERO customer service skills and you ARE NOT friendly keep away from dealing with people. You are not a people person. Yes your job requires skills you lack. I think she'd be perfect for a wearhouse position but then again shed damage people's products. Yikes
Thank you to Blake and Irene for taking such good care of my 15yr old German Husky. He doesn't like anyone touching his paws and you both did such a great job comforting him while giving him a pawdicure! We will be back! You guys are amazing! Please keep up the amazing work!
So I usually don’t have any problems with this location, but today they were unprofessional. I called to set an appointment for my dog to get groomed and the lady told me to go online to set an appointment and when I explained to her that I couldn’t and why she said, “Give me second” and put me on hold. Next thing I know a guy picks up the phone and says “Ma’am, grooming is closed.they close at 7pm. Really now…maybe she shouldn’t have answered the phone or could have cam back to the phone and said ma’am would you be so kind as to call back tomorrow, I’m swamped or something. And I called another location and they said that Petsmart’s grooming area doesn’t close til 9: 00pm. Just wow. So now we are lying to customers.
Pricey, but consistent. Open pretty late which is super helpful. It's a pretty big store with a good selection
Prices were just too high. There are no discounts that made sense. When I selected my purchase the line was way too long and slow. I ended up leaving with out product.
We left our dog HANY under this hotels care for 7 days. Paid our dues and to our dismay her left eye is shut closed! We handed our dog with no issues at all and was returned to us with this problem.
