PetSmart, Tracy CA

I went there to buy some live fishes for my aquarium. Some of the fishes were dead in the aquarium. And the collection of fishes is not very good either

Roy is a cool guy. Very helpful and friendly. Store was also very clean and well maintained/stocked.

This location is very nice. It's clean and always stocked. The staff is very friendly and we enjoy coming here to get our pets food and supplies.

I went to shop for some aquatic plants for my 3 ft deep backyard pond. Although I did not find any plants that are the right height (most plants in store were about 7 inches in height and fully grown would reach no more than 2 ft high), I must say that the staff are very helpful and answered all my questions.

The worst place ever.front desk staff is not at all friendly and very rude. Also they did a very bad job with hair cut.

Have My Puppy taking classes and the trainer is Very Understanding and Helpful training with us.

They have what we need for our cats, but the prices are rather expensive. The store is clean and well organized. The staff are not super friendly but we didn't need any assistance so it was fine.

The manager. I think.or should be, who also scoops poop and cleans the store front before opening is kind, polite and notices distress and handles it. I don't know who you are, but all your employees.follow your stellar example.
