PetSmart, Torrance CA

This store charged me twice because of their stupid and weirdo POS and now they want me to resolve it by myself and calling the bank and telling that it was an error? Like how? How the bank deducted money when the POS is damaged Lol. And my husband order an aquarium and pick-up on this store but it was damaged because they didn't even bother to check or inspected it!

Friendly staff! They didn’t have the same selection of treats I’m used to at my local shop so I had to get a smaller size.

Good staff. I like their in-house pet adoption. They seem to be trying to help as well as just making a buck.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. I would definitely send my pet to this resort again.

Horrible service I purchased 2 chinchillas that ended up being sick and died with in 2 weeks of being purchased petsmart didn't even want to reimburse the vet bill. Horrible experience my son was so heartbroken

I bought my Mom. 2 Parakeet Birds one Boy and One Girl. With a Parakeet Bag of Bird Food. My Credit Card Declined there was a 15 minute window for Petco they where going to close. One of the workers told me there was a WalMart in the plaza with an ATM I drew money out I paid for the 2 birds and the food With 7 minutes to Spare it was A Sign from God a Miracle, and I thank the Petco staff for waiting for me and my Mom. Nice Animals and Clean Place I recommend this Petco Store.

Hey. It's pet smart. What can I say. Great customer service. They have the stuff that I need for my pet. That's always a plus.

Long long line to pay.
Then when other lanes opened up, the cashier wouldn't even acknowledge my precense, when I put the stuff up in the counter she said hi to my wife with a big smile then when I pulled my cash out to pay, she gave my wife the change and smiled and said by to her and only her.

I go there to get my cat Blue Wilderness can duck food. It's grain free. Has helped him to stay healthy happy and young hearted.

Lines are always very very long because usually only 1 cashier. So be prepared to be there a while

Never enough cashiers. The lines are always no less than 8 minutes. Prices are much cheaper online.

Friendly service, I order online and pick up dog food items pretty fast.a lot of stock on dog food I need.
