Store is beginning a remodel. But still have everything we needed. Fast and friendly service as always.

Love this location. Every visit that we've needed assistance the employees were always right there. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions make suggestions and show us where to find what we need. My go to store for pet supplies.

Went in for two cats and everyone of petsmart employees and the front desk is filled with smart caring persons.

This PetSmart in Rancho Cordova is always stocked, neat & clean. The staff are very helpful & friendly. Since moving back to Sacramento; this has been my go to for our personal supplies.

Not very crowded at all. All animals looked happy and well cared for, and there's a good selection of pet care products for dogs, cats, birds, rodents, fish, and other common pets like lizards. Clean, well cared for and decent/friendly staff.

They had to deal with my monster. She needed her toes done. They handled her with Kid gloves

Stopped by Monday late afternoon to see if I could get LUCY in for grooming Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday. Made appointment for Tuesday. Even though LUCY doesn't enjoy her grooming, all turned out great. Friendly, kind, and respectful staff Thank you!

Very clean inside. They have a cat adoption area for anyone needing a cat. I like that they are helping find families for the cats. They have other pets like reptiles, birds, and tropical fish. Pet hospital and pet grooming all in one store.

They have a very impressive range of necessary items for reptile habitats! Not many choices in our area, so it's nice to save a drive when you need to pick up supplies! Friendly staff, too!

Decent selection.fish need a better variety.prices kinda high. May need a class for some employees on pet info so ppl can actually ask questions.

Jenny and the team at PetSmart are professional, friendly, and provided excellent care and service during my dog's grooming every time.

They checked in twice when he became sick to ensure he was Ok, demonstrating their commitment to the well-being of their clients. Highly recommended!

Wonderful staff! We went to get an engraved dog tag. They helped with all our questions & were very kind. I wish I had their names to give a shout-out to, but it's not on the receipt. Two female employees around 2: 00 TDY. Hope store mgr sees this

I’ve been reading a lot of bad experiences with the groomers, thankfully for my baby Bruno he’s gotten nothing but the best service. He’s been going to Angela for the last couple of months and she’s been the sweetest with him! Bruno is always so happy to see her. I usually wait to leave until she takes him to the back and she’s always patient with him since he’s nosy and wants to explore everything. She always has him done within the hour we take him in. The other girls in the grooming department are always sweet too and say hi to Bruno. The employees that work on the floor and cashier are always helpful and Bruno loves when they give him attention and even treats. I’ll be moving to Elk Grove soon but I’ll continue to bring Bruno here and shop here because of the staff!

I took my Maltipoo to Rancho Cordova's Petsmart Grooming place.for Haircut, Bath and Nail Trimming. Two days after the appointment my Dog started itching and scratching excessively. I noticed all these red bumps and bite marks on her stomach.and from that day I started seeing some insects like Flea or Tick on her Body. Since then we gave her many baths, I bought the tick and flea shampoo from the petsmart and gave her bath with that, also with Dawn dish soap. I also bought the tick and flea pills from Petsmart and gave it to my Dog for the 7 days. I should also mention, my dog is on regular monthly tick and flea medication as well. The situation is getting worst, and now I have to make a visit to Vet to help my helpless Maltipoo.
I am really disappointed with the service at the Grooming shop and I would never go there.
Save your Dog and save your wallet and don't go to this location's grooming shop.
I need explanations! I need compensation for all these extra cost that I am paying to help my helpless Dog.
