PetSmart at Fremont has been our goto place for all the pet products. We had a tortoise before and now have a cat. All the staff are very friendly and I found everything I needed in one place

Friendly grooming staff that know how to interact with your pet. My dogs first visit was stress free!

Doggie day camp is my pup's favorite place to go! Everyone is friendly and they take good care of her.

Employees don't treat the fish with care when neting them. They always crush the fish with the net.

I came in to buy dog food and ended leaving with dog food and Orthopedic dog bed. They were on sale my girl has an injury. I was pleased that the associate was well informed and was very helpful find the right bed. Thank you

When picking up an on-line order make sure to check all that you buy for defective merchandize.

This place had the items I needed. They need to accept The prices from Chewy.com. I can get them wah less from Chewy.com

Their grooming department is excellent. Just picked up my dogs from there and they did a great job!

Typically we are in using their vet (Banfield) services, however they do have a great selection of products, and the customer service is always helpful and friendly.

Pet smart has a bigger selection of animal products than Petco. There were more items on sale and it was a lot cheaper.

I got fked up! I made an appointment about 1 month ago but when I’m on the way to the store, they give me a call and telling me the employee is sick and can’t take of my puppy! Are you kidding me?

They don't always have what you need and customer service is a bit slow to help on the floor, but the prices are good for a brick and mortar store.
