PetSmart, Menifee CA

They shaved my dog to much and cut her leg. First bad experience tho. My dog looks like a bobblehead cause they didn't shave her head.

Brought our 2 dogs in for grooming at 1130 and were told they would be done by 3: 30. When I called at 4: 30 they told me that the first dog would be done in 5 minutes but they needed another 1 +30 for the other dog! We then called back to complain to a manager. We then received a call 20 minutes later that both dogs were done? ! When we picked the dogs up, one looked great but the other one was chopped up and feet not even trimmed. It was evident that it was a rush job. I dont even think they washed the second dog as she did not smell clean like the first I understand things are crazy now, but is it necessary to overbook to the extent that dogs have to spend 5 hours caged. Overall poor service. Went with PetSmart because of the reputation. For the money we spent, we expected alot more. Probably won't be back (Second time for this review, not sure first one went thru)

Nice place. It has everything you need for your pets stsff is very friendly and take time out to help you.

I took my cat in for grooming they were grooming 3 dogs at the time & lady said she was certified to groom cats yet they can't groom cats because of covid but on their page it says pets don't carry covidso why would I ever go to petsmart if they won't take care of my pet

PetSmart has quality foods for pets and have a little bit of everything you can use for our furry family members.

Linda & Amanda went above and beyond to assist me & they gave me a discount to help me out financially as the item was a bit pricey. They provided Outstanding Customer Service which restores my faith in the younger generation!

We had 2 appointments set 3 weeks in advance. 1 got rescheduled the day before, and when we went to check in for the 2nd were told that the appointment had been rescheduled without our knowledge! There was someone WITHOUT an appointment that was accommodated, but our appointment was rescheduled without notice. So despite arriving ON TIME having someone agree to print out our paperwork and meet us, the person waiting outside with no appointment was given our slot. This store has always been a headache, but we figured it's local and appointments set 3 week in advance would be worth it. So wrong. I'll drive to murrieta from now on.

I brought my 2 little dogs to the groomer at PetSmart. Prices were very reasonable. Groomer did a great job. Afterwards they present a summary of the grooming services they did for each job.

If the sign you read out front says they groom cats think again about bringing your cats there they will not groom them service will not be performed as requested do not go there for grooming. They were at least kind enough to not charge me.

It's always a lot of fun going into PetSmart you never know what you're going to see plus they have everything for animals on the face of the Earth cool place

The store was clean. The girl that helped me at the register was totally awesome. Not the biggest variety of fish but everything else seemed well stocked with lots of options.

Only place I shop for pet food. Great customer service and nice clean store and they carry all brands.

Can I just say how AMAZING this grooming team is! Brook is seriously the sweetest! I have anxiety about my jackchi going anywhere because she had a rough start at life and Brook and her team are so considerate and reassuring! Lily absolutely glows and talks up a storm when she comes home. Thank you so much to this team for being exceptional not only with one but all three of my babies! Thank you for being kind and loving and being incredible groomers!

Super friendly staff and always genuinely helpful. They do an amazing job at hiring pet loving employees, love going to this place.

Everyone was so helpful! I needed dog harnesses for my two German Shepherds and they went above and beyond to assist with my little girls!

Petco, I think, is over priced, and at times, Some of the groomers, are sort of "chatty" Petsmart, is cheaper, and I will be trying them.

Very rarely do they have the dog food I'm looking for. They get their supplies on Friday but many times they do not replace items that are already out.

Everything you need for your furbaby and more! Lots of weekend events and adoptions held. Salon and Training offered onsite also making it a one stop shop

In some cases I will get conflicting information on fish care when in comparison to a store that sells only fish but I would say 95% of it is accurate. Far better than Petco across the street. Much better product selection for fish and all pets.

Did not have what I was looking for, & could not find staff to ask. The store smells like a liter box. Could not get out of the store fast enough, with no purchase.
