P.F. Chang's reviews
17The food is always good, but they never get take out orders correct. We just got our 5th take out order and it was missing items.
Such pathetic service. The restaurant closes at 9, I came in there 8: 20, was seated but nobody took my order for 20 mins and I left since no waiter would approach (and was smirking when i left), is this how people are treated?
They have a new amazing happy hour! The Waikiki Tiki is so good and the dumplings are always perfect!
The food is consistently well prepared and tasty. Portions are satisfying and there is a good variety. In this particular instance the service was over the top. Patio is comfortable and pet friendly.
First time trying and will definitely be returning. Food was very flavorful, I got the Mongolian beef lunch bowl, my dad got the broccoli beef lunch bowl. For appetizers we got the chicken lettuce wraps and was really good. Overall great food and service.
We love coming here. Brought our 2 Golden Retrievers and were able to sit outside. My favs are Veggie Lettuce Wraps and Kung Pao Shrimp. Leo helped us tonight and was AWESOME!
Food was okay and the service was too. We went about 6pm on a Sunday as we were looking for a restaurant near where we were staying. There were probably 4 other tables seated when we arrived so not busy at all. The waiter was prompt in greeting and taking our order. Menu wasn't too big. But that's okay. We did enjoy the dry rub short ribs, and the calamari was alright. We also ordered the Buddha's Feast (loved it) and beef chow mein (didn't care for it).
Overall it had a nice quiet atmosphere. Probably go somewhere else if looking for more authentic Chinese food but on a whim it was alright.
We err visiting Palo Alto and we liked these location! Waiters were young and rendered polite service. Food was good! We’ll go again!
Oh my. Our favorite Mongolian Beef was thinly cut and therefore overcooked, sorta like jerky. But the chicken lettuce cups and veggie noodles were very good as usual.
The food was cold, the service was lazy, and the drinks came late. The food didn't taste as good as other locations. For 3 people, $200.
We ordered hot and sour soup and it was just ok. The lettuce chicken was amazing and made up for the soup! We ordered 2 of them it was that good! Service was friendly and very attentive. Oh I also recommend their craft beer. Light and refreshing! The restaurant was busy so there was an expected wait but that's a good thing! Thanks guys we will be back for sure!
Our Food came quickly. Very thankful after a 6 hr drive. Atmosphere was wonderful. Food tasted wonderful! Temp could have been a bit higher. Andreas was my server and was attentive and friendly. Thank you
La Mongolian beef and braised short ribs with pineapple fried rice were big hits. The short ribs were eaten before getting a chance to take a picture. Steamed pork homemade dumplings were gobbled up by our son. The food and service were both good. Chicken lettuce wraps were also good, this was an all around good meal.
In our opinion, the food was cold, tasteless, the Mongolian beef was burned, the service was very bad even though was not busy. Asked to warm up the food before serving. Never will go there again. The high price does not equal to good taste or good service.
So i Came in for the first time was kinda stoked about the menu but unfortunately the service was terrible after ordering took 34 min to get the food and another 7 min for the rice so we had to sit there with are main course with no sides!
The worst part is that only 3 costumes were in restaurant one got here as we did other got here 20 min after us and they both got there full orders before we got ares
After bringing it to the attention of are server just just lightly shrugged it off and said sorry!
Sadly to say I'll never be returning to another pf changs again!
Management was at the bar eating not sure if the server even brought to his attention!
Would definitely never recommend this place wish I could give 0 stars!
We are giving 5 stars to David our server last night. Last minute celebration for my daughter's birthday, being a busy teacher and mom, we didn't have a spot picked out yet (especially after Friday sports). Walked in, waited just a bit because servers were changing out and glad we told the last server leaving shift, that we would wait for someone who had time. David was able to help us; an awesome waiter ;very nice and made my daughter's birthday great! I hope we get seated in his area again. Very nice, very personable. ️thank you so much!
