P.F. Chang's, Roseville CA

After a hectic couple of weeks u decided to take my wonderful lady out for sn impromptu date night. After dome quick deliberation we agreed to P. F. Changs. Neither of us had been there in quite a while and had forgotten how good it is. We arrived around 5 on Saturday night and there was already a wait, so we decided to grab one of the two person high-top tables in the bar area. Taylor was both one of the bartenders the person who waited on us. Taylor was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. After ordering a couple drinks we placed our order with Taylor and the food came out surprisingly quick. Everything we ordered was really good and the atmosphere is well done with a modern Asian flare. This trip definitely reminded us how good P. F. Changs is!

Great tasty Chinese food, service was top 10, awesome atmosphere, love it. Definitely coming back, I recommend it.

Short ribs fried rice, not that good, but ask your waiter for good recommendations

I wasn't actually there, but I made a phone call because I was having some questions about the menu on the site. I spoke with Barry, he was wonderful! He helped me and did everything that I needed. It was here in less than an hour and I'm at least 25 minutes away! Loved it so much thank you for satisfying a craving!

The food was good. The waitress was doing a good job, but appeared to be overworked or distracted. The glass my ice tea came in was cracked and the tea was leaking out. But the worst part about tonight's visit.the air conditioning, or lack there of. Hot and very uncomfortable. Borderline miserable.

The price of this place in comparison to quality leaves you feeling a large sense of lack. Fats is a significantly better option when it comes to SF style Chinese. Otherwise, just go to Panda.

The quality of the food didn’t match the stature of the establishment nor price …. I would not recommend eating here ever it was horrible…… service was great and food came out quick but still a big let down.

I've always enjoyed PFC. Their history goes back a few decades.

Biting into the chicken lettuce wrap with their "soothing" sauce brings back fond memories for me.

We sampled the ginger chicken with broccoli, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. Also, we had the chicken glass noodles with various vegetables. Both dishes were very enjoyable.

Atmosphere- it was absolutely hot inside. While, yes, they do have high ceilings- they've always had high ceilings- on a really hot day it would have been more pleasant if they'd have a cooler building.

The shrimp dumplings were slightly oversalted. The pepper prawns were not good at all. The rice had brown marks from sitting at the bottom of a rice cooker and was reheated, yet it still came out cold. I was watching them in the kitchen. If my server had checked on me when I got my food, I would have told him. Also, the cook in the kitchen was eating food on the line and I never saw him wash his hands. The service was not good at all, as I was not checked on except for when I received the bill of 60 dollars.

Strangely empty for a Saturday night, though. And the restaurant was freezing.

Went to Roseville location with my son for the first time and was so very underwhelmed. The hot tea had a strong peach odor and flavor to it. Sent it back. The potstickers were quite literally the same kind we buy at Costco. Tasted exactly the same and looked the same. The entree of Chang's chicken and Honey Shrimp were okay. I pulled my card out of my wallet and put it on the table for when the bill came. The waiter walked by said something and took my card. I had not even seen the bill yet. I was shocked. My son had to go ask someone about five minutes later when he still was not back. He walks up to him with our bill and my card - which he had already ran without me ever seeing the bill! I have never seen that in a restaurant before where they just take your card and walk away. The cost of our mediocre meal of two entrees, one appetizer and soup? $100.00! For 25% of that amount, we could have had a great lunch at China Villa by our house. Never to return.

Only place open on Fourth of July! Good service. Only complaint is that the pieces of lettuce in the lettuce wraps weren’t suitable for wrapping but the filling was good. We had a variety of food and everything was good!

Great with kids! They have paper menus and crayons. And the kid’s food came out at a perfectly warm temperature (as opposed to scalding hot). Those little things make a big difference when dining with kids. Food was great and perfectly priced. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Worth the 45 minute drive.

The atmosphere was just as nice as the food. I had the delicious Chilean Sea Bass surrounded by Spinach, incredible!

Normally I try to find a quaint local place while I’m traveling but I was stuck in this suburban wasteland and went for the next best option, P. F. Chang’s. The bartender was super helpful steering me away from menu items that were frequently sent back. I went with the ma po tofu and it was excellent even though I’m not vegetarian. The rice was a bit dry but the broccoli did a healthier job of soaking up the tasty, kinda spicy sauce. The Asian pear mojito was too sweet but would make a good liquid desert.

I really didn't think the food was that good for the price, and it was very loud. But my wife loved her dish, and the waiter was really nice, and my son received a birthday card signed by all of the servers. So I am giving higher stars than I would if it was only how I personally liked the food.

Family birthday dinner went wonderfully as food was good and we were helped by one of the most professional servers I've been served by in my lifetime anywhere!

I had to charge my new EV 2 days in a row, and the station was right next to P. F. Chang's! Serendipitous! I had the dragon roll one day and ginger chicken with Boba tea the next. They should call it the disappearing dragon roll b/c I ate it before I could snap a pic! So fresh and delicious! Boba tea is my new favorite! Staff were well trained and gave attention at proper times-non-intrusive towards a lone diner. I would give 6 stars!

We were a party of 8 for a birthday celebration. We were seated right away but no one came over to us for over 30 minutes.
We were told our waitress left for the day and hostes sat us at the wrong table. A new waitress came over said she our server then walk away for other 20 minutes.
50 minutes just to get a drink, soda, and water. They advertise on the internet they have vegan food but they dont. They serve vegetarian food (not the same at all). The food isn't anything special for the prices

It's honestly disappointing. Other Chinese restaurants are much better and cheaper. To be honest, the taste was average for the price.
