I stopped by this shop for the first time, and customer service was on point! I received help from Max. He helped me with getting new snowboard boots as well as sizing my kids up for snowboard rental gear. Prior to visiting this store, we went to the Ski and Snowboard Outlet. What a huge difference. P. F. McMullins has more stuff and their prices are so much better.

Best Snowboard shop in SoCal and its not close. Ive been to almost every shop in the OC and SouthBay and PF simply had by far the best customer service, lowest prices, and their inventory is great.

Every time I've come in the staff has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. As far as prices, just one example is I stopped by a nearby shop looking for goggles, they were $149. I then swing by PF, same goggle make/model/year and they were $119. This goes for all of their pricing throughout the store, you just can’t beat it anywhere else.

I had just purchased a new board, needed some new bindings, and was having some issues with my boots that had been perplexing me for a couple of seasons - I knew I needed to talk to someone who knew their stuff.

P. F. 's boot WIZARD, James, was exactly that someone. Dude has decades of experience and is a bottomless pit of knowledge.

I'm an intermediate/advanced rider with several seasons under my belt, but James immediately had a few ideas about why I was struggling with the boots- stuff I couldn't believe I'd never considered. We were able to make massive improvements without having to physically alter the boot in any way.

Next, James helped me select a binding- this was kind of a funky task due to my dimensions (6'2" 225 lbs). We found one that worked, and he set the board up for me- taking time to make sure everything was proper + making adjustments after looking at me on the board.

I left feeling that I had truly been helped, and I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly, and a special thank you to James!

The place is really great for repairing snowboarda. My board was damaged and they said they would give it a shot. It was very reasonably priced at $25 for repair and wax The store isn't huge but it is has very competitive prices and the workers were friendly.

This store is great! They have all the snowboarding equipment you need at a very low cost. The staff is super friendly. They also do wax and tune ups as well as rentals.

Great selection and fantastic prices. Gloves, baselayers, socks, jackets, pants, goggles, snowboards, bindings, you name it. Definitely lower priced than other ski/snowboard stores for the same quality gear.
