PGA TOUR Superstore, Irvine CA

I went in for a driver fitting with Travis Vorpahl. He was very knowledgeable about the fitting process and the different products. He was also very patient and didn't try to push me into buying anything as some people in golf shops do. I recommend anyone looking for new clubs to set up a fitting with Travis and get a 5 star experience. I will be going back and sending friends there also.

This store WAS my favorite golf store until I went to check out and was told they don't give discounts for military anymore. The clerk looked at me like I was crazy. When did this stop? Most likely won't return. Sad.

Always get great service while in the store. Much better service than Roger Dunn's. It's a bit price but they don't have bargain bin style pre-owned sections and most of their staff actually enjoy educating people about golf. This is my permanent go to store.

Scott the Tennis master stringer is by far the best stringer in OC. He knows his stuff, very professional and is very helpful.it is not typical to find someone with his experience in big box golf super store. I ran into his section two years ago while looking for clubs for my daughter and had no idea they had a tennis section! Been coming ever since.

To start this is a really nice and clean store.it really does feel like a big superstore if you had never been to the location before. For the most part the employees there are friendly and helpful. But like at any business there are better employees than others. However, I think for me the biggest reason why I give this place a three star rating is because their selection is no where close to a Roger Dunn. I was waiting for months for them to get the new Cobra clubs in so I could try them, even though Cobra's own website said that the clubs were in stock. After months of waiting I finally gave up and went to Roger Dunn and bought my new set of Cobra irons because they had the irons. I was actually able actually try them before I shelled out the cash. I don't like the fact that every time I asked I got the same answer of, "we can order them for you. " Yes, I understand that, but I could do the same thing off of Cobra's own website. I actually wanted to try them before I spent a $1000 on a new set irons. The other thing that annoys me is that many of the clubs they have are display models only so even if you wanted to try them you couldn't because they don't want for you to ruin their display. I would recommend that if you are in a place where you want to buy and really try everything out before you make your heavy investment go to Roger Dunn because they will have everything for you to hit and they are so much more relax about you trying out clubs. I wish the PGA Superstore had more of this attitude. However, if you are a local to the area and they do have what you want then it is a nice place to go.

Absolutely amazing employee you have! An older gentleman by the name of Lee. So helpful and full of knowledge. As long a he's still there, that's where I'll shop.

Just came to visit this store for the first time with my son and daughter. I was said hello to and then not one of the "professionals" asked if I needed any help. I'll never come back.

Wow, what a great place. I have religiously been a Roger Dunn customer but was referred by a friend. I found some Nike Clubs on a website that were on sale for 399.00 The price at PGA was $499. I brought in the ad and they graciously matched the price with no hesitation. What a deal! Did I mention they have custom fitting for FREE!

This PGA Superstore is First Class. They take a personal approach to try and help you find what you need for your complete golf game (clubs, footwear, apparel, accs.). Knowledgeable Staff (Both Golf & Tennis), Great Management and the store is well merchandised for an easy shopping experience.

Perfect! I can't understand there is no review about this store. Clean, convenient, kind staffs, various goods. Perfect. I enrolled membership and saved money a lot.

Friendly helpful staff were there when I needed them. Store was was very clean and organized with product easy to find.

A big THANK YOU to the guys in the store, especially David for helping us to fit my son with a whole new set of clubs. I waited to write this review until we received our ordered Driver (Titleist 915D2) - got it yesterday.
The service, advice, patience and attention were first class - I definitely recommend this place for your next Golf item purchase.
My son tried quite a few clubs, and I enjoyed watching David giving advice to my son to squeeze 10 to 15 more yards out of him.

Ordered stock club with FedEx overnight paid. Had to call them the next day and ask where the item was and was told bunch of bs that it's been ordered from the factory when they advertised as in stock. Will never buy nor ever refer anyone to this place

My grand daughter had a lesson with teaching pro, Bill Hulbert. She has come a long way because he is a GREAT TEACHER!

Good selection, service was a little underwhelming this time but is usually good. Nice tennis selection, good women's clothes.

Great experience with staff. Laguna Woods staff recommended Exotics Fairway Wood. Bought Exotics 9 Fairway Wood 16.5 degrees - shaved 4 shots of my game in first outing. 6 great hits, 2 mediocre and 2 not so good - but mostly me rushing the downswing.

Needed new golf shoes and I went to the Superstore, was very impressed with the staff and large selection. Prices were comparable or better than all the other large golf merchandisers.
They have definitely earned my future business.
