5I booked an appointment 2 weeks before today and mailay text me 1 hr before my appointment to tell me. She has no braider & she doesn’t know how to Braid. 225$ for a wig install and she doesn’t know how to braid. She cancels the appointment. I ask for my deposit back she said yes but never sent it. My birthday is tommarow and mailay canceled my hair appointment and kept my deposit. Mailay is rude ghetto unprofessional and ignorant. I will never book again or recommend. Her services are trash very low class. DO NOT BOOK!
I was bored with my curly and dark hair, that’s why I decided to visit a beauty shop near my house to change my look. Their way of serving me was full of passion and excellence. At the end of the day, I truly loved the idea that my hair was straight with some highlights that truly captured my exotic beauty.
