Phenomenal Pool Plastering, Antelope CA

I'm so happy with the outcome of our 25 year old pool. Nestor and Eduardo are great to work with. Very client focused, always following up to make sure we were happy with the project. Their communication was off the charts. They were on time with deadlines, even with uncertain November weather. I would highly recommend this family owned company for your pool plastering project. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. These photos are literally 12 hours after filling the pool.

I cannot say enough good things about Nestor and his company! They completely transformed our pool and they were super communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. As new pool owners we had a lot of questions and they went out of their way to help answer them and make sure our entire remodel went smoothly. Their prices were in line with other quotes we got but their customer service set them apart from the beginning. If you’re in need of pool replastering/tile etc don’t hesitate to call them!

Our old pool was an embarrassment. Tiles falling off, plaster was rough enough to scrape off skin, and chunks had started to bubble up off the bottom. An absolute mess.

We contacted quite a few contractors to provide quotes.
Phenomenal was neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive. They fell within what we thought to be reasonable for what we needed done.

During the inspection and quote process the owner treated us with respect and care. They took the time to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted before they quoted us a price. Other contractors spent no more than 10 minutes, took a few measurements, then provided a very vague quote. Which would mean final costs would fluctuate greatly.

When it came time to perform the work Phenomenal lived up to the name. Little details were noticed. For heavy days there were upwards of 10 men working. They had lunch in our backyard, but when they left there wasn't even a scrap of trash left behind. They didn't even use our garbage can, even though it was nearby, they took it with them. Very professional.

The entire process was extremely pleasant. We were left with a custom colored plaster pool with the most exquisite tiling. We could not be happier with the look, the service, and would recommend Phenomenal for any service they offer.

In fact we plan to contact the owner's father should we need any non-pool work done, as they showed how trustworthy they can be while providing quality work.

I would highly recommend! The process was very smooth and the pool looks amazing. I’m thinking I may need a jacuzzi or even a pond soon, so I know exactly who I’m gonna call. Thank you for your hard work Nestor!
