I needed to take off one car and put a new one on, and also change the policy. The representative, Jazmin, at the office knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking for, and had all the answers for me before I could ask them.
The process was all but five minutes and the rate quoted surpassed my expectation.
I have been with SF since 2005 and will always love state farm.

Eileen promised to look into my billing for my earthquake insurance to see why I had not received a bill. She told me she’d call me back before 5: 30 pm to give me information on my billing. She called me around 5 pm and had the information I needed to put my mind at ease. I have never had a problem with my State Farm office—they are always so nice and helpful.

I recently came in to make a change to my policy and can say I had a pleasant experience. Agent Sara was helpful throughout the process and explained everything along the way. She was able to quote me different options all in a timely manner. I’ve had State Farm since 2016 and can’t say I’ve had a problem with their service, so at the very least I recommend coming in for a quote.
