Pha, what's up dude? I sent a couple of requests through the app to update my address, and then when I call the corporate office to see why nothing is happening they say that the requests went to you the agent. Apparently my renters insurance was also just voided because State farm isn't offering any new policies for California right now, which isn't on you, but I'm not getting any calls or emails from anybody in your office? If you guys had told me to hit you back or if you let me know it's urgent I would respond asap.
