Phillip's Maytag Home Appliance Center reviews
6Fix your website, if you're closed on Saturday please say so. I drove all the way to this place because it said it was open.
An appointment was set within one hour of Phillips receiving notification from warranty company and the appointment was for the next day.
Chen, the tech, arrived 45 minutes early and quickly found the source of the two problems with the refrigerator/freezer A report will be made to the warranty company, parts will be ordered, and Phillips will set a follow-up appointment - all very efficient and professional.
Really helpfu clerks specially the og Mexican dude. He recommended a diferent brand which were as good but cheaper. It has been months I have had no problems.
Our fridge (less than one year old) went out in 100 degree heat on Wednesday (6 days ago). We were told by whirlpool that philips appliance is the only place that they would allow us to use to fix the fridge or it would void our warranty. They told us Wednesday that they would be there Friday and someone would call us to give us a time. No call came. I called whirlpool back and was told that Phillips lost the appointment and we would now have to wait a week because philips could not get someone there til Tuesday. Today is Tuesday.no call.and I’ve been on the phone with whirlpool for 45 minutes while they try to figure out why philips lost the appointment and forgot about us AGAIN. Again, can’t come til Thursday.appliance shop hasn’t even called, no concern for us or the hundreds of dollars in food we have lost waiting for them. Nope, just let the customer sit in hundred degree heat with no fridge and no food for 8 days. This is absurd, I’m livid right now. Worst company and worst customer service ever.
They no show on appointments and when they do get to your house they have no idea how to fix whatever it is that is broken. I had to find the service manual for our stove for them and even help them understand it. They are also lazy when it comes to troubleshooting and don’t seem to have the ability to follow the instructions of their support line. I could go on but then it may not be as flattering of a review as they deserve.
