Philly's Best reviews
15Got there right before their closing time, ordered their new Nashville chicken ToGo but not up to the standards for which they charge. I usually like their cheese steaks but it was a bummer this time.
The food is decent and as expected. But wow the website is truly terrible and unusable. And they try to force you to give a 22% tip minimum for the delivery driver lol. It takes work to leave a more standard tip. Please stop outsourcing development to India!
Subs are pretty good but on the pricier side. The sides weren't worth it to me and I wouldn't get them if we went again.
It's Philly's Best. An ok sandwich but this place nickel and dimes you. They only offer a large drink for $4. The employees are rude and talk about you in Spanish behind your back. I would stay away from this one as far as you can. Way better options in the area
The sandwiches are really good except that the kid at the register named Ethan C.he was really rude and when I asked him for my receipt he said you can grab him like if I know where it was apparently no one teach that kid how to say hi or how do be polite.
And while I was waiting for my sandwich I noticed that he was rude to other people too his manager should mention something.
My husband ordered a cheesesteak and fries tonight. He got sick within 30 mins of eating the food and has been throwing up all night. Last time he will ever have food from this place.
The cheese steaks are absolutely amazing. I only gave it 3 stars because while we were there I watched the guy on the front counter leave the cash register and go directly to placing his hands inside the onion ring bag to cook our onion rings "without" even attempting to wash them.
Ok so Firstly these Philly sandwiches are good I can’t lie I’ve come 3 times total and all 3 times the taste has been consistent. Secondly these guys (they usually are a group of 3) are very quick and efficient in working together when it comes to getting your food ready. Thirdly the portion size are worth the price I’ve heard reviews saying how expensive it is which I do agree I payed around $13 tax included which is quite costly but to be fair they are very giving with the amounts of food At least in my experience. Lastly my one last thing that gets to me is the Hygiene. Me myself I take Hygiene very important these guys none of them wear gloves.at all when they grab loafs of bread, tomato slices, lettuce, mushrooms I witnessed the guy grab it with his bare hands. I am pretty sure they will say they wash there hands with soap regularly I don’t doubt it they are busy almost 24/7 however gloves when working with food is a must as well as haircaps. They also talk a lot when they are working which doesn’t mind probably a average customer but to me it increases the chances of saliva getting on my food which kind of bothers me conversant after finishing work not while. None the less a few things to improve on and it would be 5/5
Great food, exactly meets your expectations. Low customers in all the stores, hope Cove
I'd ends soon
Excellent food, excellent service, extremely clean facility. I would recommend this place to anybody and everyone
I am done. Started out great. Next. Fries burnt, onion rings burnt. Ordered a club and got a mushy warm Philly mystery meat sandwich. NO Ranch either. 2nd time. I guess no one reads OR no one cares. It's not the end of the world, but enough to ruin an evening. Preventable and inexcusable
Staff unfriendly and rude. Restaurant is filthy. Food good but overpriced. Spent $30 for 2 cheese steaks.
Their cheesesteak sandwich with mushrooms is delicious. This spot is definitely the high school hangout and brought back memories from the music they were playing from early 2000s. The guys behind the counter were fast and efficient considering lunch hour rush. Definitely coming back soon.
Stopped in and both workers were sitting down eating, then got up and made my food with out washing their hands and without gloves. Disgusting. Put my sandwich in the trash and went to the Lake Forest location where they handle food properly.
Just went to phillys best I was the last person they served hot food to and ordered pizza fries and only got regular fries… I tried calling but goes to some fax machine….
