Philz Coffee, Burlingame CA

Always awesome coffee and chai tea and food.

Their chai tea deserves special mention. They make it FROM SCRATCH, NO LAME SUPER SUGARY SYRUP. You can specify how much and what time of sweetener (honey!) and what type of tea (chamomile at night)! And they use frothed cream. The masterpiece is topped with mint. It is my favorite thing on their menu.

The Turkish coffee was impressive, but I'm concerned. It tasted so good I had to find out what made it taste that way. Well at Philz website, tobacco, is listed as one of the few ingredients in this coffee beverage.
Really? Imagine discovering your favorite flavor ice cream included tobacco in its ingredients. I think even smokers, would have reservations eating this flavor with 'that' blended in, any longer, even if tasted good. But then again it simply may be just, a play on words. And if that's the case, it's all good.

The quality is consistent with other Philz shops. It's excellent. It's smaller, and likely not a great long term place to hang.

Consistently good mochas! Staff is always friendly and gives good recommendations when asked. Cute Christmas decorations in store right now! Only thing lacking is seating, there’s always a ton of people (prob cause it’s good!)

So I live in Pacifica and pass the Westborough Philz as I make my way to the Burlingame location. Having worked in customer service for the last 13 years, I understand what it takes to make someone feel welcome and appreciated.and that's exactly what this crew does! Not only do they make your visit feel special, they also make your drink right the first time! I've been to the other location multiple times and have had the misfortune of waiting 40 minutes for a cup of coffee (including a 20 minute wait in line). I digress.keep up the great work Burlingame!

Drinks and service are solid at this philz location.metered parking around burlingame ave can be difficult depending on the time of day.also fyi there is very little seating to work/study or even have a conversation - people are bumping into one another everywhere.a few tables outside but way too cold during this time of year (thanksgiving)

Everyone here was super nice and patient (I've never been before)! And my barista was super sweet and made AMAZING coffee

I absolutely love Philz coffee. My favorite is Philtered Soul. I also have been very happy with the staff, which is very friendly and informative

Good staff. Always friendly, well trained. The manager deserves props. Coffee is great, the same at all locations. Too small, can’t sit, lounge and be comfy.

I like stopping by here sometimes in the morning. Not as crowded as the other ones. Sometimes there no line around 7: 30am

Before my flight back to NY, I wanted a good cup of coffee. My cousin suggested Philz Coffee. Not only was the bastista knowledgable about the types of coffee they served, they asked me to try it for my liking. (If it needed more cream, sugar, etc.) A wonderful experience at the Burlingame location.

They have so many coffee options to offer, and I just love how they name the drinks in a very unique way. I ordered the New Manhattan and instantly fell in love with the light citrus flavor and the creamy aroma in it. Definitely will come back for another coffee experience!

First time ever knowing about this place. Thanks to my sister I am now hooked on mint mojito lol! Love the quality and taste of their coffee. Service here is also great! Be patient because every drinks are individually hand made!

This is by far THE BEST Philz I've been too. The baristas here really know how to make their coffee. This should be training ground for all future Philz baristas!

Had the tesora coffee and the avocado toast. The coffee was so good I bought a bag of the beans. Great atmosphere and friendly baristas

Bgame Philz is amazing! The staff is so wonderful and lovely every day. The Coffee is top notch too.

Philz coffee has great brews, but it's the atmosphere and staff that really bring it home for me. And Burlingame's Philz hits that mark easy.
