I was definitely amused by the robot service. That alone was worth the visit for me.

In my opinion, the pho was good, as well as the mango drink. I've had better, but I was quite content with what I ordered.

The tables and booths were not wiped well, and it was difficult finding a clean spot to sit with many tables empty. Apparently they don't have a table and booth seat cleaning robot yet.

I would not go out of my way to return, but I would likely go again if in the area.

Open late 11: 30. Friday and Saturday 12: 30am. Food are actually pretty good. Large portions. Eating late good place.

I have been going there before management changed. When that happened, the restroom is always dirty, the place gets crowded and the beef pho taste changed. I still kept going and I knew it was an elderly lady that is now managing. Last week my son and I went and the host/server sat some other people before us. I even showed her my text that I was next. She just was moving slow cleaning the table and so I had to ask for the manager. She even brushed up against me with a look of arrogance. She kept saying she doesn't know the manager, but she kept talking to the eldery in Vietnamese about the situation. She didn't know that I knew the manager. Her name is Hoa or Hung or something, and she is very rude. The elderly lady apologized to me as I was leaving. I am never going back there again due to discrimination.

I'm huge on service and this place never disappoints. They greet you as soon as you enter the door. They have an online and kiosk option to put your name on their dine in list for those who prefer minimum contact. The staff is the right amount of attentive but even have a call button at every table just in case. Food is excellent and at a good price point. Overall it's a pleasant experience.

Food was so yummy. Big portions. The service is quick and they have a cute little machine that brings you the food. Service is super fast too! Loved it!

Decent pho nothing to write home about. There is minimal waiter/waitress interaction which isn't necessary a bad thing. There is a robot that comes around giving you the drinks your order and non soupy stuff like spring rolls and egg rolls.

Quality went down, to be honest. Portion is now less and the recipe is seemingly different for the worse.

Roasted chicken is too dry. My girl friend ordered rare and meatball pho, she said the soup is okay.

I've scouted about a dozen or so Pho places, and this place was surprisingly great, considering it's not really customer service oriented. I'd come back for sure.

Dish #42 had good flavor and a sizable portion. The chicken was a bit on the dry end but it was still good.

#43 is ok with the seafood option. Not worth ordering again for me.

#33 Seafood Pho is pretty good and a good portion for the regular size. Would recommend. It comes with shrimp, scallops, and with what's either squid or calamari.

The fat brisket (gau) is amazing. Fresh noodles are also great but sometimes run out because they are too good. Best Pho in South Bay Area.

First time having pho, and it was pretty tasty! We got beef #1! Also, they had the best spring rolls I’ve ever had, not too chewy!
