Pho 77 Rialto

I’ve been to this place more than 10 times and never had one problem… that’s until i recently went and found gnats in the bean sprouts and in my bowl with my pho! It was disgusting and never do i ever want to go back again!

What kind of traditional PHO place uses Tabasco sriracha at the table and has no minced / sliced garlic in the restaurant or chili peppers at the table. Also when entering they have you stand at a wall in front of you to be seated. This is a hole in the wall pho place for sure.

The server is very rude and the food is not all that great. Ive went here about 10 times and i noticed that they never give you enough noodles, the server also forgets your number and brings something different from what you ordered

We recently moved to the area. I'm an avid Pho restaurant customer and was in search of a great local Pho restaurant. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of Pho 77. Service was excellent and with a smile. The Pho was very delicious and authentic. I definitely recommend this location. Only downside, they do not sell alcohol. Everyone knows Pho tastes best with a cold beer lol. I will definitely be a customer at this restaurant.

Came on Valentine's night. There were 4 tables waiting ahead of me to be seated and only one server, Michael. We didn't wait long, the back of house staff was bringing the drinks and food and bussing the tables very quickly. Michael was working the whole room, taking drinks and orders and the food making all the tables laugh. We ordered a large Pho Tai with extra rare beef. The broth was flavorful and there was PLENTY of meat. Noodles cooked to perfection. I especially loved that they used real Thai basil. I imagine that this place is great every night of the week but I was especially impressed at their grace under pressure.

They didn't check on our table not even once. The food was given to us within a minute or two making us question the freshness of the food. When it can to getting the bill not only did we have to get up and get it but deliver it back to them. Never going back overall a waste of my money Mc Donald's would of been better at this point.

Consistent flavor, taste, and service.not pervue to privacy. Its a open seating place. Bathroom available. Its a bit small inside but very well decorated. It seems to balance itself out. Overall a good place for a hot home style meal.i recommend it.

Need to update their menu for proper hours. Tried getting here before 930 when they supposedly close at 10 and was refused service.would not recommend due to the smell and cleanliness when I walked in regardless.if I could would rate 0

First time visiting and loved every bits of this spot. From the broth to the portion this is the perfect pho. Not only this is much much cleaner than your average pho restaurant, it also serves better quality of food. Will definitely visit again regardless of the gas money, and I encourage y’all to do so.

Food is impeccable EVERYTIME! All of the staff is really helpful and sweet I recommend this place to everyone.

Always a great experience, always personable and welcoming to both new and return customers. It’s a heart warming experience to be acknowledged by employees as if you are family and for them to remember the intricacies of your order before you even place it. Any way it’s a great spot and you will be pleased!

Food was whatever but customer service was horrible! A waiter name mike was rude and unprofessional, gross! Never going back again.

If I could I would leave a 0. It was my first time here and and a server name Mike was coughing and touching all the food. I asked a lady that works here if he washed his hands because of what I had seen she said she wasn’t sure. The lady came back and told me she seen him do it and was going to tell him something. Never apologized or anything. Never again will I be back

This restaurant was a new experience for me. I can’t say I was disappointed, because on the contrary it was amazing! Great food and off the charts! Customer service. I felt like I had been going there for years. On top of that we we’re grieving for a love one, but some how they managed to get our minds off of that even if it was just for a quick moment to enjoy our dinner. So thank you for that. It’s hard to find restaurants that see you as long time customer and not just a quick buck for the moment. Try it you won’t regret it!

Horrible service and below mediocre food. This place is so disgusting and I would never recommend or go back. The nasty waiter attitude, that doesn’t even know how to greet customers and the food was old and stale.
Reading from the other reviews that are bad, it’s clear that management doesn’t care neither.

I so love this place. Service is always great, friendly, and love that the gentleman knows my groups order when we go in. My kids love this place. Yes it's small but worth the wait. I love that the gentleman will give good advice on what is good and I have never been unhappy coming here.
