Pho An Hoa Noodle House reviews
17Excellent service not for my people. Came here on a lunch break for a boba drink which took 40 minutes. I asked if it was ready they said no. Them took a drink out the freezer and gave it to me. Waisted my lunch break while they laughed and talked. Never coming here again and the drink wasn’t even worth the wait. Poor service. Lots of staff twirling in circles.
Came here couple of times, and this restaurant is one of the good pho restaurants that's worth checking out while in San Leandro. Ate at the outdoor seating area. Menu can be looked up by QR code on the tables.
My parents and I would always come here for pho. They serve all the usual with the pho and it definitely warms the soul.
I gave four stars because the prices are okay. There seems to be something lacking with the presentation of the place. I'm not sure what it is.
Known this place for over 15 years and yes, friendly and courteous, had our usual beef combination pho and cold noodle.
Our first time was crazy, but we came back and love the Food and drinks, smoothie and avocado.
I got the teriyaki chicken order and I ordered it in but then took some of it to go for my mom. Sometimes buy food to share with one another. It was delicious and it was great. My sister ordered the and in this location was beef brisket soup or something like that. Anyways I dined in with my sister and then took some home to share with my mom who loved it. It's a great place to go to and they're boba drinks actually have boba in their Thai tea and their other assortment of drinks which you can add boba. Very nice and point and I would recommend people to go here if you haven't gone.
One of the better Vietnamese spots in San Leandro. Great for pho, bun, and com. Tried the tamarind prawns last time and was super happy to get it.
First time coming here and honestly we loved it! We will definitely come back again. The service was good, they brought our food out really quick even though there was a lot of people.
I am vegan and they have good vegan options. I ordered Tofu Vermicelli dish and my husband got the veggie noodle soup/pho with tofu we also got fresh spring rolls with tofu and everything was delicious!
The large always makes me so full and the young boy waitress was extremely helpful and offered me a rubber band as a hair tie when he noticed me struggling to move my hair out of the way. The pho is always so delicious every time and is amazing. ️️
Excellent service and good meals at the right price points. They have a nice big outdoor seating space now and and equal sized number of seats inside. Set up for lots of pickup and delivery orders.
It was okay. Serving size was a bit generous but went heavy on noodles and light on veggies. The wontons tasted a bit undercooked. The broth was decent. Service was quick. One of the better pho places in the area but nothing to go out of the way for.
Super busy at dinner but the portions a big and tasty! Definitely love coming here on a cold day and getting the large size
Fantastic, tasty, fresh Vietnamese food! Wow I’m so happy that they use DoorDash for delivery. Seriously, we have ordered at least 7 times. Each order is consistently fantastic. Their rice plates, soup, lemon grass beef - all phenomenal! But star of this amazing restaurant - grilled pork spring rolls! This is a must have. If you have a chance to have food from this restaurant- DO!
Id say this spot is like a hole in the wall- one thing i appreciate this spot beside it being affordable is how friendly the staff here are and the food is so tasty.my family and ive been coming here since 2007 or so and it always hits the spot.in terms of architecture and the aesthetic - it's not the most modernize but its the community/home-y feel that i experience every time i'm here.some of the common items that i usually order are listed down below:
pho dac biet
avocado smoothie
beef rice plate
pho bo vien
stop by for some valuable yummy viet food if yall are in the area.tips:
family/kids friendly, lots of parking available
Love this place. Aways friendly and attentive service. We tried many dishes on the menu both dine-in and take-out. Always fresh and flavorful. Good quality food and reasonable price for pho in San Leandro.
I love the egg rolls, 10a pho, and grilled chicken vermicelli.
I would give 5 because their flavors are unparalleled. Only thing is they often don't get my orders exactly right. They don't believe you when you tell them either, lol, but really I can't even hate them because it's just so good compared to everywhere else.
Ordered Pho, what else to order when you want something specific. Ordered takeout, was ready within 10 minutes. Very friendly service at the counter. My only complaint which was not discovered until returning home was that the meat thinly sliced beef was in a bag and frozen. I ordered it rare which is my normal just never had to cook my own take out. After cooking the meat, mixed into the Pho, added the spices and enjoyed. Will return
