Pho Ca Dao Vietnamese Kitchen

This was a remarkable experience in so many ways. The food was middle of the road - not great, but not inedible either.

The staff was putting out a vibe like Gordon Ramsey was in the kitchen screaming at the chef and the owner of the restaurant. I felt that at any minute he’d come bursting out of the back room with a camera crew to creatively curse out anyone in the vicinity.

I got the chicken pho - it was fine. The very few basil leaves and jalapeños they brought to accompany it were wilted. Coworker got the beef pho and said it was edible.

Anyway - they could make just a few tweaks and make it a five star place. A deep cleaning, ditch the weird robot tray caddies, get a staff with just a bit better table manner, and perk up the dishes. Easier said than done, I’m sure.

Front lady was really rude, forgot part of my door dash order, and didn't include any toppings for pho at all.

The owner should be embarrassed at the lack of training his employees have. This place is filthy. They leave the towel that they wipe the table with on the floor. There is zero organization here. The person who is “in charge” when we went was more concerned about being cool. Too bad because the food was decent. Will never go again. Pictured is the rag used to wipe tables. Health department violation.

This was not the first Pho Ca Dao that I've dined at. But compared to the others, it was my least favorite. Food compared to other locations was not as good. I had the classic pho with a beef rib on the side. Besides the broth/soup not being as good, the beef rib was also not as tender or fall off the bone as it's supposed to be. The low rating comes from the service. They didn't have many guests when we arrived, but it took a while for them to get our order. Then we didn't receive our drinks that we first ordered untill half way through the meal and I had to go let a waiter know. Also took a while to get the check toi. I watched other customers sitting there and looking around for a waiter as well.

Walked right in and waited over 30 min no waitress yet, huge family of over 15 ppl came in had their order taken b4 even sitting down. Horrible exp

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO TO ANOTHER ONE. My order was missing items AND burnt. This is the second time this has happened. Save your money

My daughter and I drove down from Arizona, we walked in at 9: 05pm and a girl walks up to us and says sorry we are closed, I told her the door says you are open till 10pm her response is they don’t seat anyone after 9pm. HORRIBLE service!

The host was horrible. He threw our menus on the table & stormed away because I wanted to sit at a booth instead of a tiny table. He said he wanted to reserve the both for the lunch rush but the restaurant was pretty much empty the whole time. It was our first time going there. There was a hair in the spring roll. They were out of noodles for the duck soup. The service was not good. I don’t know if I’ll be back. They need better staff and higher quality of food.

Waited about an hour for a basic rice and chicken bowl. After they gave me the wrong dish. Embarrassing.

This is one of the best places to eat. I hope the staff appreciate the great service provided for the customers.

The Pho is good. However, this is the only good thing about the place. Over time, Pho Ka Dao has been lowering their quaility stansards. Customer service can be better.
