Pho Ha, Riverside CA

I don't like the way I am treated at this restaurant. I've been there twice and will not be returning. When we walked in we were not greeted or seated. The employees literally stood or sat and just looked at us. So we chose our own seats and had to ask for menus. Meanwhile the next couple that came in were immediately pleasantly greeted seated and given menus and water. Our waiter did not hide his irritation at our presence. He was impatient and rude and paid us no attention the whole time. I asked for a Togo container because I was too uncomfortable to finish my food and I was given the container and a bag and then they watched as I struggled to transfer pho from the huge serving bowl to the plastic container. The food is okay but not good enough to get treated like you are being tolerated. I will not pay my money to be treated badly.

I like this place but did they really double their prices for pho over the course of 2 years?

I've always enjoyed the food here from their steak #39 to eggrolls, phô. They also make awesome drinks from Thai iced tea to blended smoothies.

Called for pickup. Repeated order 5 times & still received incorrect order & missing meatballs in several of our pho. Packaging was great.

The pho is delicious! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful although there can be a language barrier for some that struggle in English but by far the best pho in the area. #16 and #17 are my favorite go to. The rare steak and add shrimp and then the meatball pho very good

Yummy shrimp pho & spring rolls. Not a fan of the egg rolls because they were way too greasy.

It seems like the staff are always in a bad mood and get upset whenever you ask for something. Like as if they’re annoyed by you. No friendly faces whatsoever. Food is okay.

Pretty good pho and other selections for a city that otherwise has some truly mediocre-go-bad Asian food. Large portions, good price.

Celebrated my daughters birthday here. Emily (yep we share the same name!) and staff took good care of us! There’s about 20 of us in the party, bill came to about $22/person with tip. Good food & fast service! Besides food, The mango smoothie, yummy!

First got my order wrong, then found a bug in my next soup. Also bad customer service. Don’t recommend

The food was not that good. I love Vietnamese food and thought I would try this place out. I walked in, and several tables had old dishes on them, and it wasn't super clear if you seat yourself or if they seat you. The server sat me down was gone for about a minute, then stood at my table, waiting for me very impatiently to find what I wanted to eat on the menu. When you have never been to a place before, this is very annoying. I rushed to order my food. My appetizers came out after the main dish. The main dish was rice with beef stew. This wasn't bad. I have had much better. The rolls were not well rolled, and the peanut sauce wasn't very good. My spring rolls still had cling film on them. They don't co.e round to see if you need anything. I'm not sure if everyone there is rude or just the male server. Even when I was checking out, he seemed to be inconvenienced by me. Overall, not a good night. I'm already feeling a bit sick in the stomach as well.
