Pho Hoa Noodle Soup Mercado

This is definitely not my favorite pho place. The service is slow and some of the staff are not friendly. I will avoid this place in the future.

If you dont have the 'right appearance'. You're not going to get good service, and will be grudgingly acknowledged. IYKYK

The food is alright but the staff is too pushy and the Service was offensive. They asked us if we were ready to order four times in under 2 min, when more than half the tables were empty. The grey haired person who came to take our order would not answer if the wings were bone in or bone less.

Before my husband and I got to sit for 2 minutes, four times we were asked by different servers if we were ready, and the grey haired employee next to us at the counter came up on us within 20 secs asking us again. So we put in an order, the food was mediocre. No one asked us how the food was. There is a Small, Regular and Large option for the Pho soups except the vegetarian only being R or L (so he said) Unfortunate feeling unwelcome in an establishment, like they are rushing us out before we even settled in.

Staff are not very polite, and missed serving extras while I was there, after explicitly asking them to. Food was great though. But if I ever come here again, I'll try to minimize my interaction with the staff.

#15 said it was supposed to have tenden bit not one piece, very underwhelming experiance.
We also orderd some phó to go and they didn't provide the bean sprouts, chillies, mint and lime or even the hoisin sause and siracha.

The food is just ok. Nothing special about it. I would definitely go elsewhere if there was somewhere better open late near work. Also, to go orders are almost 20% more expensive than eating in. Which is pretty infuriating.

I like this spot a lot. Very clean and the pho is flavorful. My wife feels it's a bit too salty and over priced. However, I am comfortable with the price and love the taste. The service is generally pretty good as well. Parking at this plaza is pretty terrible during any normally busy period.

I had the chicken pho.

Broth was flavorless, weak.

I needed to flag down a waitress for service.

9.95 for a "just enough" bowl, overpriced.

The menu here was a little confusing, I was taking aback a bit because it looked like you eat at Japanese restaurants. Order this add that etc.but overall I got the same pho like the other Vietnamese restaurants.

The Pho and drinks are good but they seem to be always understaffed. I feel bad for the servers running around all crazy.

Nice ambience. Pricey for what it is. Food is so so, and staff inflexible in replacing an egg for an egg roll, even for an extra charge. Had to have the egg and order the egg roll separately. It'll do in a pinch, but no the best.

Good Vietnamese joint with some favorites on the menu. Definitely will go back I like the fact they have Pho in 3 sized small medium and large.

The server hella rude. I try to pho noodle but they look as me as robbery. The large bowl its almost $15. But its look small.

First time there tonight. While on vacation we decided to try it out and very pleased. People very nice

Great food and service was pretty good. The server even recommended what to try and drink, then came to ask how the food was. Plenty of water and smiles all around.

Highly recommend.

Price is high, but the service and food make up for it.

One of the better pho places that I have eaten at for a palette that wants just the basics.
San Jose has some great Pho places due to the large ethinic population and I have eaten at a few of the very popular ones. I prefer places which offer a chicken broth compared to the beef ones and those are not easy to find in the very authentic places.
This place has an option of beef, chicken or veg broth, very clean, service is quick and everyone that I have gone here with has enjoyed it.
I would definitely go back
