Pho Minh & Grill, Spring Valley CA

My wife and I was here to try out this Pho restaurant for our first time and we enjoyed our meals.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Me & my boyfriend always try new places and none ever compare to this one! Food feels very homey. I love coming in or for take out! Just delicious food full of flavor.

I keep trying Pho all over San Diego County and am surprised to be very pleased with Pho Minh Grill. It's very low budget place but everything was absolutely delicious! As a Type 2 Diabetic, I fast 23 hours, only eat one meal a day (OMAD) and make sure that that one meal is VERY healthy & FULL of nutrients, emphasizing many vegetables. So I eat vegetarian Pho a lot, although I'm NOT a vegetarian. I order vegetable pho without noodles, with beef broth, sometimes with shrimp for protein. Pho Minh Grill hits the spot for a nice variety of fresh vegetables, delicious beef broth, a most excellent choice for my dietary goals.

The lady at the front is kind of standoffish but okay. I ordered that pork eggrolls they were delicious and the sauce

Our dinner was amazing. The shrimp, chicken and pho was awesome. I felt warm inside after having my dinner. Two thumbs up!

I'd give this restaurant a 4.5, but that doesn't seem to be an option.

Nevertheless, their Pho is great. It's got excellent flavor and seems to be very clean. We've also had their spring rolls and they are very good as well. The wrap is well folded and the roll is well filled with veggies that are fresh.

As for the Pho, again its delicious. I order the rare and lean meats normally and the wife is mainly into chicken soup. As for the meats, they are are tender and have a good meat flavor. For my wife, the restaurant is great as they offer a chicken breast Pho that she absolutely loves.

My only gripes with this spot are the parking lot can be hectic at times and the actual restaurant is a bit dated inside (not a problem for us). Otherwise service is friendly and good.

I had the best pho tonight at Pho Minh & Grill. Chef Bobby is amazing with the unique flavors he sets in front of you and everyone working there makes you feel like family. I will tell everyone I know to hurry there and be ready to taste some wonderful dishes.

I moved to spring valley looking for a delicious Pho place and this spot is ny Favorite, The Chicken pho is my Favorite, with fresh spring rolls and also the salt and pepper wings, you need to try the wings theyre the best!

Love this place! Took my wife here for her first bowl of Pho and it did not disappoint. All appetizers and entrees were perfect, and the price also did not disappoint. We should have come here a long time ago! Hopefully the new housing across the street will boost the business even more. A great gem in the Valley. Can’t wait to come back. Pho, Beef Noodle Bowl, wings, orange chicken, shrimp and veggie spring rolls.

Tried calling in an order no answer so drove there Rude people never go again food was okay but don’t appreciate their customers and no one in dining now I know why!

Very little protein on pho compared with many other restaurants‍️the excuse is they are $1.60 cheaper but if you add$ protein is more expensive‍️

I really like how fresh the pho here. Always good and my kids love it too! My favorite part is the service. The owner and Chef Bubba is so generous and he always welcome us with a smile and recommends what to get for the kids. Highly recommend!

I’ve enjoyed takeout from this restaurant about a dozen time in the last six months and look forward to enjoying many more meals from here. My favorite items on the menu are vegetarian Pho and vegetarian vermicelli. Veggies are super crunchy, very fresh and expertly prepared. The Pho broth is very flavorful, but not too salty- just right! It’s evident that there is a lot of love and pride put in this restaurant’s beautifully prepared food.
