Classic Pho! We got it to go and my 3 year old son even ate a small bowl and two egg rolls. Tastes like home

Edit: came back here a year later and it's still just as good if not better. This is the spot for the locals, and it wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon.

First time here, definitely will be back- got it to go- broth was delicious, lots of fresh chicken. The egg rolls and peanut sauce the bomb!

My husband and I went there for the first time last night. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The food was great! My husband got the tofu pho with beef broth and brisket. I got the tofu pho with vegetable broth (not the most savory I’ve had but nonetheless still good). And we had the crispy butter garlic tofu as an appetizer. It was sooo good. If you love garlic, this dish is for you!
The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is because of cleanliness. It wasn’t very dirty, but there were some things I noticed like the table not being properly wiped and heavy dust on the fan.
But over all a good experience and I will definitely go back for that crispy butter garlic tofu!

Good food and portions. Super fast service and plenty of parking. We got the pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, and shaken beef everything was yum will try other things on menu!

Food is good, fresh and delicious, try the spring rolls, egg rolls noodle dishes.
Till now best Vietnamese food in Lake Elsinore.

So far have tried the Shrimp Vermicelli, garlic chicken wings, shaken beef, beef pho, mixed protein stir fry over crispy noddles and combo wok, I have to say all is well prepared and happy to come back to try more items.
However, the crispy calamari is not a recommended dish (not tender and lacked flavor).

I want to start off by saying that the pho was pretty good. However the service and their thai tea wasn’t the best. My family and I ordered take out, and I would’ve understood if it took longer because they were making it from scratch but there were several customers who came in after us and still got their food before we did. It took around 45 minutes for our pho to come out and we only ordered two of them and some wings. Also, I ordered a Thai tea with boba and it tasted spoiled. One of the workers asked me how it was and I said that it was good (which I shouldn’t have) but then the worker talked about how they make their Thai tea fresh, but considering that it tasted spoiled to me, that seemed misleading. The thai tea tasted like either the tea had been left out for multiple days, the milk was spoiled or the boba had been sitting out too long. He gave one to my sister too for free, which I thought was nice, but after tasting it and finding out that hers was also spoiled made me wonder if they were just trying to get rid of it before they closed for the night.

Like I said earlier, the food was great, but this experience just makes me not want to come back.
In short, my suggestion to you is get the food but don’t get their thai tea and if you’re going to take out, call ahead.

Had the pho and a rice plate both were way better then expected. We also had the garlic fried chicken and spring rolls they were so good I had to do a little dancy dance lol. Will definitely be coming back my new favorite place in Lake Elsinore

Some of the best broth I have had. The pho was delicious. Meat was good and noodles were just right.

Skip the spring rolls. Its mostly lettuce and the peanut sauce is questionable.

We found it! Our search for good Pho was completed when we dined at Pho' Neighbors today. Pho' Neighbors is our 7th Vietnamese Restaurant we have visited since moving to Temecula last October. The Pho and spring rolls are by far the best we have had in this area and perhaps better than most we loved in the Bay Area. Pho' Neighbors is located in Lake Elsinor, a hike, but not a long hike from our house. The restaurant is located in a strip plaza with acres of parking. The place is clean with plenty of tables and "Johnny on the spot" service. We both ordered Pho Ga and shared the shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls are fresh and the peanut sauce is by far the best we have had since moving back to Southern California. The Pho Ga is very flavorable with lots of noodles of plenty of chicken. They also provide 2 different chili sauces, one that is more of an oil and the other has more garlic. They help kick the soup up a notch. Prices are good and selection is deep. We also felt service was outstanding. Pho' Neighbors earned our seal of approval and also a 5 star review. It is; as good as it gets!

Never again! The pho broth was flavorless the noodle dish so bland. I had to doctor up my food but that didn’t help it. Very disappointed

My husband and I Love eating here. Mike and his team are great and the food is outstanding. There is forsure no other place that we want to go! I love the pho especially and my hubby's favorite it the Padthai

The food and service were superb! We ordered the honey garlic chicken wings, shaken beef and vegetable pho. All were flavorful. The wings were especially delicious, with lots of caramelizes garlic bits, jalapeños and some veggies. Kudos to the friendly and attentive staff. We definitely recommend Pho Neighbors if you are looking for an authentic Vietnamese cuisine!
