Pho REDBO reviews
14Pho king awesome! I got the rare steak pho and the meat literally melts in my mouth. The broth is delicious, rich and amazing, I drank the whole bowl. The noodles are cooked to precise. Customer service is awesome as well.
6/5 stars, amazing wagyu pho, carpaccio and truffle fries! The pho combo has wagyu, brisket, ribs, and meatballs, so it's perfect if you want to try a little bit of everything. Also the Vietnamese coffee was perfect. Our server was very friendly and we can't way to come back!
I usual to eat here but no more, because you cheated and I couldn't do that with my conscience. So, please don't eat here y'all
Worth my 40 minutes drive to this gem - the secret is the super quality and fresh ingredients they use I think. The shrimp in shrimp pho was huge and fresh. The broth was flavorful. The stew sandwich was hot and crispy. Never thought I would eat fries at a pho restaurant but was a good combo for me.
Amazing very DELICIOUS Pho!
Very friendly and welcoming staff!
Highly recommend this place!
Love the fact that you can get the pho with fresh noodles. The texture of the noodles are soft from the get go and do silky. The broth is light but full of beefy. It might be a bit pricey but well worth the additional cost. I have not tried other items but from my experience I can imagine everything else must be good.
Nothing special here but an overpriced Pho. However, I give 5 stars to their quality of service.
Still need to dine in and enjoy other dishes but definitely recommend! I have another Pho place nearby that I could walk to, but this place is so much better that it’s not worth comparing
Some of the best Pho in OC and best of all they have halal meat and broth options! I got the rare steak large Pho. The broth is full of flavor and the meat was so tender.
Service was amazing as well.
5/5 food quality taste. Minus one star because twice in a row now, others who were sat after us had their orders taken first.
This small restaurant at the corner of a non-crowded shopping plaza serves traditional Vietnamese beef pho with a Japanese twist, using high-quality wagyu beef (from the US and Australia). This place serves possibly the best beef pho that this reviewer has enjoyed.
During a recent December lunch, our small group found the pho rare steak and the pho tender rib cubes to be flavorful and much much better than typical beef pho. The wagyu fried rice and egg rolls were very good as well, but similar to fried rice and egg rolls elsewhere. Definitely glad that we tried Pho Redbo -FInest Wagyu Pho! Indoor and some outdoor seating are available.
There are a lot of pho places, so for anyone to stand out it has to be good. Pho REDBO does it with the waygu. I had the mixed Pho with rare steak, meatball, brisket, and short rib, and it was soft, flavorful, and overall simply outstanding. I would recommend a visit. Easily one of the best pho I've ever had in the US.
Although it is a Vietnamese dish, this restaurant pho has American touch and I am not complaining at all. The place is clean, staff are helpful. I think the combo is great. I did not expect the beef to be that tender, and the broth is flavorful. Will come back to try wagyu
Food is phenomenal and service was wonderful. Definitely gonna make this halal spot a regular restaurant to visit.
